Live Event
« on: February 22, 2017, 08:01:10 PM »
Hey all-

I'm taking my bowling obsessed 5 year old to the Masters this weekend. They changed it this morning from a ticketed to a first come, first serve. I'm curious if anyone on here has been to a live event and if so, how large is the attendance at them?  The event starts at 10am Vegas time, with doors opening at 9. Just trying to gauge how early I should arrive to make sure we get in, but waiting in line for too long with a kid will be tough.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you can pay someone to stand in line for you early on - preferably someone who has lost all their $$ at the casino!  :D

Usually the events are nowhere near full, specially during qualifying. As the tournaments start to wind down and in the evenings after work they can start to fill up.

This weekend could get busy with this being a weekend and finishing days of the event. Probably don't need to go super early unless you are trying to follow a super popular player (Belmo, PDW, etc.).

My experience is based off of attending events in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Nebraska, and Washington.

Good luck!!
