The Intel seems designed to be an IQ Tour Solid equivalent.

I guess all the companies got tired of Storm having the edge with that ball.

I second these; these companies’ are catching on... No better reaction then a middle of the road smooth controlled benchmark piece to begin a arsenal.

Heresy but at least on house shot I would argue Motiv had the IQ Tours number over three years ago and improved it slightly even.  Love my Venom Shock.  That Beyond Ridiculous might be interesting but only if still available for half price (or less) next Black Friday.

While both have the same general shape, drilling can make the Shock more flippy, while that doesn't seem to work with the IQTS. You need drilling and surface changes to truly
change the IQ Tour Solid's shape to a significant degree..
Plus
the Venom Shock handles medium-light to medium oil, while the IQ Tour Solid handles medium to medium heavy oil, for "normal" or "average" bowlers.

My assessment as well, but turned around for me; IQ is one of the hardest snapping balls I have ever thrown (I have a ton of hand though)  While my Shock is even consistent rolly type reaction;

Great balls.

True.  They are different enough to have both which I do and at first thought I might regret but don't.   Still believe though the IQ Tour should cost about the same as the Thunder line and the Venom Shock after all these years though which was my only complaint.

The Intel is the first Radical piece in a while that has piqued my curiosity.
Ball speed avg. (18.25 mph)
Rev rate avg. (400-428 rpm)
Still refusing to accept AARP eligibility and membership cards

I agree. 4 of my teammates have an IQ Tour at 1000 or 2000 and they are pretty flippy. Shocks seem to handle oil better and blend in my opinion.

I definitely  agree that the IQ Tour series were overpriced. But then nothing goes down any more, does it?

Beyond Ridiculous,
I’m. Left handed bowler with a PAP of 5” over. My Rev Rate is 275-300 rpms. My ball speed is between 14.5 to 15.0 mph.
Let me just say this ball gets through the fronts very clean. It picks up off the backend very strong. I would suggest the ball for slow ball speed players and for the high Rev players. But with a smooth layout. I think it a great addition to the ridiculous line from Radical Bowling Technologies.

I'm sure it's a fine piece, but the Katana is very versatile and can't see how this ball could be anywhere close to tonight it.
