Confusion with new Radical balls
« on: September 29, 2015, 11:00:50 AM »
Guru Supreme and Ridiculous videos posted today

Im really not sure what the purpose of these new balls is. To me they look very similar to their last releases of the Guru Master and Primo

Let alone they just used a new core with the Primo and now another new core with the Ridiculous at the same performance category

Kong, it's interesting that your Primo is less hook than expected. So were both my Torried Affair and Guru, both weaker than I thought. That's why I held off on the Primo, although I have a strong preference for symmetric and the numbers seem perfect for me.

I seem to be having a hard time getting a ball to hook much anymore. Heard about the Guru Master and was thinking about that but will the Supreme be a better choice ?

My Primo hooks and rolls and carries good it is just more in the mids than the backend. I got this ball for more of an even rolling ball that I could move right with. It works well for that . I also have a Guru which for me is very condition specific. It is pin up and does get down the lane some but the breakpoint is very hard to predict. It tends to dive or come in late a lot, which causes opens.

Surface adjustments usually are the cure for nearly all the issues one has regarding early hook or unpredictability at the break point. Just saying.
