Radical Double Tote Defective
« on: February 13, 2015, 09:43:30 AM »
One of the 2 Radical Double Totes I purchased in August, where the should strap attaches to the bag, it ripped.  It should be a simple repair, but in order to get the warranty fix, I have to pay to ship it across the country and if they say it is my fault, pay to ship it back.

I will try to get it fixed locally, but was wondering if anyone knows if I have any other recourse through Radical?

If you're paying shipping I'd just get new ones.
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]
*Now Testing* IQ Ruby, Renevant, another IQ Tour solid
Coming soon...???

Where did you originally buy it from? If it was through your pro shop, they should facilitate repair/replacement without you having to do anything.

If you decide to have it repaired locally try a shoe repair shop, I think they will have the equipment/supplies to repair it.  --  JohnP
