Cover question / comparison

I am wondering how much difference the amped cover compared to the 77H cover which is on the Defiant Soul, which I have 2 and I wont get rid of. I am wondering if Roto made a ball with the chaotic core, with a hybrid H77 cover would react/roll?

At the same surface I think the Amped cover is probably a bit stronger. Not a whole lot of difference though.
