Anyone found this ball to be quite a bit stronger than expected?  This IS NOT a bad thing but rather an observation.  Mine is drilled with a 4.5" pin-to-pap and is at 3000 w/polish and man.......does this thing take a wicked left turn.  On patterns that are blowing up I can definitely get left and wheel on it.  It does need some oil though to get it down the lane.
 
Just wondering what everyone's observations have been so far...

It definitely makes a left turn. It's a little too sideways for me oob. I ended up taking it to 4000 and it is a little more controlled. I might have to add a light coat of polish by hand now to dial it in where it doesn't overlap of my other equipment. But I kinda expected it to be fairly strong for its price range from what I had seen and I drilled it fairly weak.

For me its very strong, drilled it with a 65 x 5 ¼ x 70 and touch it with a 4000 to tame down the reaction. Can use it on fresh Ths (40') playing the track area and can open up the whole lane when transition starts, but the cool thing it how it glides thru the heads, even in burned lanes it's very clean and predictable.
I think the uproar it's very underrated.

Having them both I will say the UpRoar goes a little bit longer and has a smother backend but still very strong, also for me it seems to blend better over under. the Freakn it's another underrated monster, but for me it works better in more flat patterns because once it hits the dry it will turn like a hockey stick on any ths.

Ok cool, was planning to get one but was wanting to see if there was enough difference between the 2 to make a difference in reaction.

I do not have both!

But I love my Freakin Frantic.  For me it is sharp but rounded movement just like Scott Widmars video of it out on youtube.

Of course I drilled mine very similar.  What a great powerful move at the back!

The Up Roar looks good on video also, but different, but I can't describe the different and don't feel I need it!

Me just at the upper corner of the ring for me 4 1/2 pin to pap and stacked.  Freakin.

It may be the colors but when I throw the ball and it does it's tossing of pins all over the rack there is a lot of oohing and ahhing!

Great coverstock, great rev up look on the lane and great smoothness unless it gets too far down and starts pinging 7s.If friction is found at the right point this rounded look squares up great!  If it goes too far before finding friction it is quite angular and does not carry.

This ball has been a godsend for me. The cover and the low diff core has really helped me blend out over/under.  The reaction is very similar to the IQ Tour Solid for me in that it does not jump off of friction and is super smooth but obviously goes longer. I think it is a better step down from the IQ Tour Solid than the IQ Pearl.
