Aftermath first impression

Well just got my aftermath punched up today and threw it a few games. Can''t remember the exact numbers for the dual angle layout but ball is basically drilled pin over bridge with the mass bias label drilled out for my thumb. Ball provides a very aggressive backend motion, very skid snap for me on this particular shot (medium at best, just your average broken down house shot) and I was very impressed with the carry, despite almost leaving a 5-7 on the first shot with the ball . So far so good though, want to get it out on some heavier stuff soon and see how it fairs!

Well got to throw it again today, shot at this particular house is usually pretty heavy but today was really messy, Aftermath didn't like the burnt heads at all and was rolling out at the arrows, put it away half a game in... hopefully I can find some oil sometime and get a chance to really test it!

^^^ I have to agree with drrev''s above statment. I have mine drilled pin under bridge MB swung 2 1/2 to 3 inches, OOB surface. It is a monster. Almost untouchable with anything less than heavy oil on the lane.

Also the hardest hitting ball I have ever seen or throwen.

Got my aftermath on some oil today! Only was able to log 3 games with it before work but it was very impressive, on the longer pattern I was able to really open up the lane, stay aggressive and keep my ball speed up which was a very nice change from how I usually have to play this center. The aftermath provided a very aggressive and angular arc down the lane and very strong pin carry, was at least 2 arrows stronger than my benchmark ball, my Vapor Zone. Managed to shoot 243, 240 and 277 (stone 9 then 7,9 split)... nothing but extremely impressed with it!

Drilled another aftermath. Its drilled similar to mainzer's so that I have something I can use earlier in the block. Hooks a ton. My other one is pin up and polished and it has insane back end

Thing hooks off the planet drilled like that. Whem my Requiem goes a little early or starts burning up and not finishing, I go right to the AfterMath. Feet in the same spot and play the same line as I did with the Reqiuem. AfterMath just gives the right amount of push to get down the lane and, when it hooks watch out, thing hits like missile, like a pin seeking missile.

Got another short set in with the AM today... still hits great and was again impressed, 990 for 4 games... so far so good with this ball!

Why is there no real video of this ball available? Anything I can find is 4 seconds long or shot with a cell phone with 1 light bulb overhead..

Video is great, but the ball can be so much more powerful than that, with a stronger drill pattern.

Mine is drilled 4 x 60 degrees, about 1/2" down and the backend angularity is more than I have ever had out of this type of ball.  Half pocket throws pins around like crazy, low and hard, but it's the flush hits I love.  10 straight back into the pit in a milisecond.

I have never been a fan of skid/flip, but this ball has changed my mind because it has continuation, rather than skid in a straight line, flip, roll in a straight line that I tend to see in most skid flip gear.  The continuation allows me to have some area down the lane with the break point that normal skid flip balls don't normally allow me.

The look of the ball alienates opinion, but the power and carry definitely does not.  This part of Australia will be seeing a lot of this ball.
