$300 Pink HyRoads....only 300 made

In case you have not seen the special HyRoads being built to order. Storm is only producing 300 total (not per weight, we are talking a total of 300) for $300 each with at least 50% of the cost going to breast cancer research.

Balls went on sale at 12 MST (2 PM EST) today.

$500? People were complaining about the $300 price tag when at least half was going to a cancer foundation....but its ok for $450+$50 shipping when none is going to a foundation, etc????

Thanks Milo. My Doctorate in Business Administration and 13 years in college may say otherwise, but by all means, you know best. Maybe I should put a forward in my dissertation that was turned into a book and is for sale to indicate that I have no idea what I am talking about but Milo does.

And yes, when comparing what the seller is doing (not donating anything) and is charging $500 shipped for the same item you can get for $130 shipped....that's price gouging. No different than charging $30 for a case of water when a hurricane hits your area when you can normally get the same case for $4 or whatever.

Here is another thing to consider, I can get a Hy-Road from Buddies(and pretty much anywhere else) for around $120 shipped.

So even though, Storm claims they were donating 50% of the sale to the cause, why wasn't the price lower?

Storm is a bunch of price gouging sons-a-bitches, right? They limited the number and jacked up the price and made a profit.

That's why I never discounted something in the shop because people said they couldn't afford it.  Sorry, bowling isn't life and death and if you can't afford the stuff, you probably shouldn't be buying it, and I'm not going to enable someone to blow their money.  If you can't afford $220, you can't afford $200, or even $180 for that matter, so if I sell it to you, I do a lot of work for not a lot of money, you spend money you don't have, and everyone really loses there.  Now if this rabbit would slow down, I might catch him . .

Good way to look at it. A lot of people's spending habits are similar to drug addiction, they just can't help themselves.
