Hyroad Nano Opinion

I like it quite a bit.  Going to be ideal on fresh shots and especially sport conditions.  Thanks for watching!

Luke,
Curious to hear your take on oil handling capabilities and shape differences between the Hyroad Nano and Show Off assuming the same surface prep. I generally don’t see enough volume to throw the true heavy oilers but need something that’s early enough to use on fresh sport patterns. Hyroad is one of my favorites and Nano cover on the Marvel S was amazing, but it looks even longer and stronger downlane than the Show Off from the videos so wanted to hear your take. Thanks again for putting so much effort into these video reviews and answering questions.

i know you loved the DDT as THE ball for nationals last year. Has the Hyroad replaced it, or is DDT still your choice for those fresh, medium length sport shots?

Show Off actually feels more aggressive believe it or not.  The Show Off core is actually stronger, marginally, but still stronger.  Hyroad Nano is not a true oiler, has a decent amount of traction, but it acts like a Hyroad, it still gets down the lane really easy despite that cover.  I'd say it's longer down lane, but not stronger off the spot.

DDT is still the premier choice.  Hyroad Nano just gives you another non IQ Tour Solid option.  The Trick controls the midlane MUCH better.

I'd really like to know how it stacks up to the Marvel-S.

My guess is it's longer, smoother, and weaker.
