Iq tour nano is more long and strong while marvel s is more midlane roll.

I also find that the nano is a little more versatile; able to be played on various shots. While the marvel s is more strictly a medium -heavy shot ball

Same layout, same surface prep, my Marvel S is a solid 5 and 3 move in (to find more oil) stronger.

I was led to believe that the IQ Tour Nano wasn't meant to be a hook monster, but just a stronger version of the IQ Tour Solid and just as versatile. The Marvel S on the other hand has a reputation of being too strong for what most expected. Both though have the ability to handle medium to medium heavy conditions.
