What would the paradigm compare to now?
« on: July 11, 2012, 04:55:41 PM »
I forgot I had one of these until I ran across it last week. What  would it compare to now and how is it on today's conditions? I know it was a popular ball.
Thanks!

I have heard it compares to the Storm Anarchy. A friend of mine has both and the Anarchy is a little stronger, but overall its comparable to the Paradigm.

I want to say anarchy too, but the paradigm was a pretty strong midlane pearl ball. The anarchy for me down lane was alot stronger. I might even consider the marvel pearl pretty close maybe.

The closest ball since the Paradigm to it IMO was the Gravity Shift but they are hard to find these days.  Of the current balls I'd guess the VG Nano Pearl but that is pure guess.

The Paradigm had the strongest mass bias in any ball made by Storm that was released in the US. The EOX cover is MUCH cleaner than the R3X of the Anarchy. Plus, the additive in the Paradigm made for a unique shape on the lanes. I have a Paradigm with probably only 20 games (so it's not that it's used up)  on it and it doesn't slow down near as fast as the Anarchy. Much cleaner through the heads. The Original Shift cover (pearl particle) would probably be the closest to the EOX of the Paradigm, while the core of the Gravity Shift is closest in numbers.
