Would the Hy-Road make sense

Would a Hy-road make sense in a bag that already has a Rocket Ship and a Hy-Road Pearl?
Current Rotation:
PhysiX

Axiom Pearl

Any ball makes sense if you want it and can afford it....

Sounds dumb but while it may be close in performance, that slight difference could be what makes it the best ball you ever bought

Just looking at your arsenal, add an IQ Tour solid or Venom Shock. You will not be disappointed in either. Shock for me is stronger and cheaper. But both will fit in your arsenal as the dull ball in the middle of the lineup.

+1 I have both the IQ and the shock and they fill my mid level bag very nicely; As great as the Hyroad is, my insert wouldn't stayed glued in for me (ball performed very well for me)  I ended up giving it away.

Do you think that would make more sense than a Hy-Road or in addition to it?

I've been a hyroad guy never throwing the pearl...

Now I just punched a pearl for the first time.

Regular hyroad is a must!
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]
*Now Testing* IQ Ruby, Renevant, another IQ Tour solid
Coming soon...???

What differences are you noticing? Are there times you're conflicted where either would work?

I love the pearl and have 150+ games on it. I will probably buy a new one but I have yet to try the regular and thought they would possibly complement well. My recently added Rocket Ship has made me re-think the situation though.

I've had 3 hyroads but not a pearl hyroad. I'm assuming that the pearl is cleaner and longer with a sharper backend. The hyroad will be slighly earlier and more of a rounder backend (not arc) less sharper or less quicker off the spot than the pearl.

If you like the pearl and plan on getting another, why not surface one of the pearl to slow it down off the friction? or forget the second pearl, unless you're going to replace it, and get the  hyroad.

don't put too much thought into it. I've had two of my hyroads when there was no pearl. One had a smoother surface and the other with polish with 4K underneath.  I had a one two punch......
Does a round object have sides? I say yes, pizza has triangles..

aka addik since 2003

I'll sell off my current HRP before getting the replacement. I've recently switched to the IT system and Vacu grips. I know these could be done to my current but with letting the current one go for cheap, plus the deal I already get at the shop, I might as well get a fresh one.

I think since my Rocket Ship is pin in Ring, I can do a Hy-road pin up to complement it and my pin up layout I use on the HRP.

I'm either adding the Hy-Road or Dare Devil Trick next and selling my Primal Fear.

both would be nice. But if you are spacing out purchases. Tour ro Shock first. Then HyRoad.

IMO you can add a HyRoad to any bag regardless of what else is in there. There is a reason it is still made bc the ball just works.
