bought this ball one week after the release date. pin 3-4, top weght 3oz. drilled the ball pin over fingers cg in palm, super gloss with track polishing products(do no like sheen or dull balls)

for me ball was way to strong on typical house shot christmas tree pattern. it was also not strong enough inside of 15. too many soft tens. i decided top cut my loss and sold this ball to a br customer. this may be a great ball, just not for me.

i drilled this ball and wow it rolls up like champ on a normal house condition but give it aliitle extra oil and you better go right. i drilled mine 3 3/8 by 3 3/8 so when the heads go it tends to roll alittle to early. overall i a say its a good ball

Another very impressive release by Track!  I drilled mine stacked with cg in the palm, pin above the fingers for extra length.  I really like this ball a lot!  If you like to swing and bring it, then this is the perfect ball for you.  I've thrown it down and in, and had trouble carrying at times, so I will use this ball only when I can get in and swing the ball.  It plays pretty well inside too, without swinging it so much.  It's fun watching the Crunch open up the lane on tougher lane conditions, and even more fun to throw strike after strike on the easy house shot.  Nothing tricky about this one, it just makes life a lot easier.

 If you don't mind the color of this ball,the Crunch will give you some special feedback from pin setters.
 I've worked it out at oilly lanes but reduced some ball speed.It seems like an economy choice when you rolling on a little bit heavy but not really heavy oil pattern lanes.Also,it works when some carry down appear on bottom part.
 However,this ball contains wide application not only oilly but also carry down lanes.You may try to polish it for midium to dry lanes.Still hit hard & well controlled.

CRUNCH competition!

This ball has an amazing predictable roll....i find that this ball is versatile in different oil patterns...i havent thrown this ball in heavy oil yet, but with a 600 sanded surface, im sure it would be nice down and in.

For me, i havent thrown a game under 220 with this ball since i got it(3 weeks ago)...it just feels tooo nice coming off my hand...revs up early but keeps on going strong down the lane with an amazing blast to the pocket.

im a mild-wild tweener...i usually play a 20-12 line(i drift) and it holds beautifully and blasts away at the pocket sending pins flying around like jet fighters looking for that standing pin to shoot it down. A++


i use my thrash when this ball cant come back like i want it too, without changing lines..

extra balance whole..

nothing but sweet sounds of pins flying around!  Another sweet ball from Track!

First off this is on of my favorite balls at the moment. I love them so much i got my second one today and i am getting my third one tomorrow. i think that means i like the ball huh.

Just drilled my Crunch the other night and I had the best first impression you could get.  Dannial Cohen from Cohen's Strike Zone in Atlanta, GA drilled it 5x4 with no weight hole.  The surface was out of box with Track's Clean and Sheen added on top.  I got off of work and went to the shop to have it drilled.  I go from the shop straight to league, and proceed to shoot 300 the first game!  The ball was very smooth at the breakpoint (compare it to the V2 Solid for those who have on of those).  The Crunch blended in the wet/dry extremely well.  I was playing around 17 at the arrows with my breakpoint being around 9-10.  If I hit 15 at the arrows and got the ball to 6-7 at the breakpoint, even though it reached the track area much earlier, it did not check up and take off.  Also, if I hit 18 at the arrows, it revved up in the oil and made a very smooth reaction to the pocket.  Hit was very good for a ball that was not aggressive on the back end.  I ended up with 300-753 for my first impression.  No complaints about this ball!

This review is actually for the Crunch Time, which Ball Reviews apparently hasn't deemed worthy of it's own review section....

I walked into my shop this week looking to fill the void of an aggressively drilled reactive ball. Had a Time Zone in mind, but my driller suggested this ball instead. At first I was skeptical, since I had never tried Track before, but I figured what the heck.

Drilled this ball with the pin and CG stacked 2 inches from the grip centerline. Small weight hole 7 inches out.

For a pearl ball, this is amazingly smooth. Starts to read and arc early, but saves plenty for the backs. This drilling seems to match the ball perfectly; on dry it doesn't over-react, and even when it's going straighter on heavy stuff it starts up early enough to drive. Most versatile ball I own right now.

Don't let the factory specs on the ball fool you; it's not a "dry lane" or "mid-range" ball by any stretch. Easily as strong as my polished Monster Smash/R and only slightly weaker than my Cherry Bomb on most lanes. If this is Track's low-end ball, I might be tempted to start looking at more of their stuff...

For me, just insert my V2 solid review here. Good all around ball. I was tempted to try it polished.



Very mild breakpoint, by layout pattern........2.5x4, and this ball was useable on almost any condition. On the dry it would hook/set and not leave weak 10s

at first i fell in love with this ball, i took it to another house and shot 253, 276, 222, (751). It was very versatile but then a couple of weeks later it just died and lost all its hitting power so i had to retire it unfortunatly!
