Track is reintroducing the Track Paradox but in black this time around. The Track Paradox Black is aggressive in the front part of the lane, the mid-lane, and the backend on heavy oil conditions making this bowling ball a truly unexplainable paradox. This ball uses the i-Core 2.0 to create a big flare potential and the QR-9 Hybrid coverstock helps create major pin action by responding to lane friction quickly.

Color: Black/Smoke Pearl
Coverstock: QR-9 Hybrid
Core: i-Core 2.0 (Dual Density)
Finish: 500/2000 Abralon
RG: 2.48 (15# ball)
Differential: .057 (15# ball)
Reaction: Strong Continuous Hook
Recommended Lane Condition: Heavy Oil

Drilled the Paradox Black with my benchmark drilling and will use as the first ball out of the bag on fresh conditions.  This is my favorite ball in the bag right now, it reads the mids very well and the carry is incredible.  I’ve shot 300 and 800 with this one in the first month of using it.  I highly recommend getting one of these for your arsenal.

Likes: Very strong and early rolling

Dislikes: Needs oil

As a huge fan of the original blue Paradox, I was very excited to try this when it got announced.  This ball is fantastic.  I do notice though that if you are comparing it to the blue, the black seems to be a bit earlier rolling for me.  Definitely a lot more shape overall than my blue one had.  Ball has 0 quit on the backend's and goes through the pins with ease.

I put a 45x3.5x35 layout on my Paradox Black.  This ball is definitely as advertised...early and strong. This ball rolls sooner than both my Verdict and Kinetic Ruby and instantly became the strongest ball in my bag.  This ball would be ideal on any type of longer pattern for any type of player.  Players with higher ball speed and a heavier roll should love this ball.  A must have for all tournament players.

Paradox Black (Box Surface) – Pin above the bridge CG to the right parallel to the middle of my ring finger MB about an inch from the middle of my thumb. Positive Axis Point 4 3/8 right 1/2 up.

House Shot Patterns Fresh and Broken Down
Like the original Paradox the black doesn’t leave any doubt to the readability I have five different layouts on the various Paradox series and they all roll extremely well.  If you passed up on the original the Paradox Black will forgive you for passing on the predecessor.  I haven’t changed the surface yet I wanted to see how long I can go with the box surface and clean it about every 9 to 15 games just to do something different.  The first few games I had to remember how smooth the Paradox series is, after a few more games now I can see that shape starting to change in a great way for me.  Predictable, smooth, and an overall good addition to any bowling arsenal you cannot go wrong with having the Paradox Black.

I first got the Blue Paradox. I was so pleasantly surprised at the completely different hook shape and how it entered the pocket, that I couldn't wait to buy the Paradox Black! And when I did......Oh boy! This thing is a MONSTER!!

Out of the box, I couldn't find a pattern I could use it on. Thank goodness I was able to play with it at the USBC tourney, where there was plenty of oil! This ball is early; it is strong; and it is continuous through the pin deck!! Once I got a little oil into the cover it calmed down a little and I have been able to use it on some selective house shots.

My Black is drilled with the pin over the bridge, and the MB kicked two inches right of my thumbhole. The CG is centered between the two on the same line. My PAP is 4-1/4 right and 1/2 up.

This ball is awesome! No ball that I own hits as hard as this ball! Whenever I use it, I see guys eyes kind of light up because of the noise it makes when I hit the pocket!! This is a tremendous piece.....so much so that I went and bought another one!!

I know in previous posts, guys talk about how smooth this ball is....not for me! I only throw at 13mph and this ball is a lumbering FREIGHT TRAIN!! It not only turns the corner, it tears down signs and leaves wind blowing in its path!!

Currently I am able to use this on medium heavy patterns and heavy oil patterns only.
I LOVE THIS BALL!!! Great job Track!
