Ball Specials in Reno?
« on: April 10, 2014, 08:46:54 PM »
I remember the Hammer booth selling several different variations of the Taboo.  Anything like that being reported this year from any of the booths?

the Brunswick booth is advertising on their facebook page if you shoot under 549 in teams then they will sell you a Radical Grease Monkey for $99 Drilled.

They are currently selling what they have in stock of the Wild Blood (overseas ball). They might also have in stock a few more BW Fears as well (Pivot Coverstock, Gas Mask core)

Best bet is to call them. Their facebook page is public (don't need to log in), and their number is there.

Do you have a link to this?  I went to the Brunswick Bowling facebook page and could not find it.  Thanks.

Thanks for the info.  Hope both my wife and I shoot better than 549, but if not, then we're both getting a Grease Monkey  ;D

I can't think of a better consolation prize for shooting sub 549, plus the GM is a nice ball.

Also, on a side note, when I was there last week, Ryan Cimminelli was working the booth. Not sure how long he will be there, or if I spelled his name correctly lol, but he was there through last Thursday for sure.

I saw a sign at the booth about the Grease Monkey deal....and unfortunately, after the last 3 years of team event, I was expecting to be taking part in this deal. But surprisingly I did much better then my previous 3 years and was not able to take advantage of it.

They also had some deals on retired balls, but not sure about the weights they had. They had specials on the orginal Yeti, the Mystic Aura, and a DV8 ball that escapes me now.
