Hey friends!
Over the weekend I won a tournament sponsored by 900 Global which included a prize of a 900 Global amateur staff contract. I'm very excited, but this means recreating my entire arsenal.
I'm fairly familiar with their lineup, but there is much research to be done! I'll probably start with 4-5 pieces.

Check with the user impending doom. He has much mojo where the Global world revolves.

First off, congratulations on winning and welcome to the fold! I heard it was a good turnout.
Where are you coming from, what do you like, what do you hope to see? Eon Infinite looks to be a big symmetrical to smooth out the left to right, After Dark for the burn, Respect for a high end symmetrical that really corners hard.

I've been throwing Motiv stuff for roughly 5 years as a high rev med-high speed player. My main scratch league is on wood, but I bowl all over MKE. Here's a few of the main items I've been throwing:
OG Forza: forward rolling smooth
Jackal Ghost: angular Asym
Trident quest: mainly used on very clean backends
Venom Cobra: smooth rolling angular on dry
Tag: hit it as hard as I can at the bottom and destroy racks
I'm really looking forward to some new stuff, as you can see, my go-to balls are aging.
Respect: really intrigues me as a strong angular symmetrical
After Dark Solid: Tag replacement?
White Hot Badger: Middle of the road pearl and beautiful
Would the Respect and White Hot overlap too much?

Respect and White Hot will not overlap. White Hot is super super clean and then left turn. Respect is going to see the lane a bit earlier. Eon Infinite is going to be a Forza move, but more. Ghost, I'd say a Contiuum with a surface tweak. Quest, put a space time in there. Cobra, a Boost drilled to roll early. Tag and a After Dark solid would match up well.
Also, you just need a Black Ops in the bag. You can't come on board and not have an Ops in the bag. :)

Forza-Truth Tour
Jackal Ghost-Dream On
Trident Quest-Space Time Continuum
Venom Cobra-Boost Hybrid
Tag-After Dark Solid
I pretty much agree with ImpendingDoom (THE 900 Global Guru), but I feel the Dream On is closer to the downlane shape that the Ghost could have, just might need to play with the surface to fill whatever you did before. Also, while I definitely see the Eon Infinite recommendation (and is newer), the Truth Tour has become a Global staple for front to back, slower response lane play. Also, I second putting a Respect and Black Ops in the bag. They are truly a trademark. Wish there was more room for a Honey Badger, but that might be due to me not being familar with the White Hot in person.

I think I'm going to start with 4 and see where holes may be after that. I'm going to skip the huge asym oiler for now, and I'm thinking a boost may be an additional add as well.

Do the Black Ops and Respect overlap? I feel the top three all have similar numbers, but I've heard the Black Ops is a deal breaker :)

The Shadow Ops, Dream On, and Truth Tour were just discontinued this month per my distributor

In my opinion, I would break the surface on the Ops, and keep the surface on the Respect. That way, you have one big ball with surface, one big ball with more response down lane, one assym with a little surface, then the White Hot.
Boost is a good idea, also a HB. (Isn't it awesome having so much good equipment available to you???)

My 900 Global 4 ball THS arsenal is as follows:
Black Ops
Boost Cardinal Red Pearl
After Dark Solid
Desert Hook Pearl
I bowl in 4 leagues at two houses and travel league to other houses once a month. Have yet to find a house shot put out anywhere that defeats this arsenal.
In my opinion the Black Ops and After Dark are a definite must have in your 900 Global bag whether it be THS or tournament conditions.

Nick, as mentioned with Joe today.... Black Ops! This is the ball that got me rolling 900 Global 1st game out of the bag was a 300.
I used a lot of Motiv suff when I bowled at Riviera with you guys. Even though the Graffiti Tag is a solid I found the After Dark Pearl to roll most like it. The After Dark Solid is more like a Roto Grip Hustle Ink.
Still pretty limited with the 900 lineup. Let me know what you think of the other new equipment if you drill it up.

Congrats on your win. I would start with the 3 new releases. White Hot Badger, EON Infinite and Space Time... those 3 will give you 3 different reactions and you can add balls to fit in. Tac Ops, Respect and Claw are also great choices

I'm hoping to have them drilled for the weekend, but we will see. I can add either a Boost or After Dark Pearl as I see fit :)

Great stuff! Welcome aboard! You'll find that our line is as complete and versatile as most brands if not more. I strongly urge you to get into some of the entry level equipment (i.e. Boost and After Darks). That's not to say they are entry level by any means. You will find they have more performance than a lot of high end equipment. Good luck and I no doubt imagine you will quickly become a huge fan of 900 Global!
