900 Global...where we are at....
« on: April 30, 2008, 05:52:07 AM »
Well it's been a year +'s a few weeks and for those who are interested here is a bit of an update.
All has gone better than we had anticipated, from the products we launched for 900 Global and AMF to the extra products we are building for Storm and Lane #1 all have exceeded our expectations. We had a few bumps with the 3g shoe logo transition but even that has worked itself out.
Regarding our products, first off let me thank all of you for the support you have shown us, the Break was well received and the way the Break Pearl has taken off is just unbelievable. The Creature and Creature pearls are true winners and your support has proven it. We are even beginning to get some of the supporters from my pre dyno days to jump in in hopes of capturing the old thunder they once had in thier products, like the Heat, Elite etc. Welcome back.
What to expect in the near future, we have mastered the formula for a new and improved soaker coverstock and it will be on the next performance launch unveiled at Bowl Expo. S75 is the coverstock number and it has the durability you've come accustomed to from original D/T products. I know you will all love it. Nothing like getting more for your money.
The Break core is everything we could have asked for, we have found it to be versatile enough to work on multiple coverstock combos.  The line will remain intact through the fall.
Lastly, we appreciate all your input and will do all we can to better your 900 Global expierence. One of my goals is to form an allegience with our supports similar to the ones I once had when I ran a former company. Waiting to hear your comments.
Thanks
Phil

I have ordered my 1st Pearl Break and I an excited about it!
I am trying to decide how to drill it, but I am leaning towards a Rico type drilling.
Cant Wait!!!

Phil you guys are top notch, I see your products being thrown in leagues in Vegas on a weekly basis. I cannot wait until a new mid price line in between The Break Series and Creature series comes out, kind of spoiled us with all the performance your equipment delivers.

Eric is doing a great job on customer service issues, two times you have already stepped up and took care of me in less than a year. I am liking the AMF balls as much as i am liking your equipment, The Heist and Code are fantastic bowling balls.

I am a huge supporter and believe the BR community should setup and support the little guys like your company, you are here daily and not ignoring your core supporters like our buddies from a few big brand names have chosen to do.

So how about a mafia series theme line, us Italian's gotta stick together here.

All,
Glad to hear the positive feedback.  I can say that despite only being back down here for recent weeks, I am extremely excited and eager for the upcoming projects that Phil has eluded too and others in the works.  Keep and eye for more top notch equipment.

Couldn't have said it any better. The "Brian Voss of San Antonio" would like to thank you for this comment. Gotta smile about this one ET .

Thanks 900 Global for all of your support the past year.

Only one suggestion from me. I like solid color bowling balls like the Extreme Orbit Sky Blue. I would probably by the Break because it is solid black. I simply find the solid colors less distracting, especially blue's, black, purple.
