Maniac "series"...
« on: March 09, 2009, 09:50:54 AM »
I just got a maniac on a trade, and i've gotta say, i'm REALLY impressed. Great consistent reaction, nothing spectacular, but wow, very impressive hit/carry and a nice consistent predictable roll. What a great ball. my question...are there to be more maniacs? I sure hope so. this ball single-handedly made me a global fan.

That's an asymmetric core, yes?

It is not an asymmetric core.  It has no marked mass bias.  I have a Maniac, and it has become first out of the bag.  Drilled pin up 5" x 3-1/2" no weighthole, surface at 2000 Abralon.  Ball packs a lot of power for the price.

This was my first 900 global ball, I loved it. I hope there will be more maniacs, its roll is so true and consistent.

Hmm..Lets see what I have in this bag...some magic, some hot sauce, and a saw.. how can I loose?

I have said from the beginning that this ball is the real deal.
I was able to throw one right before release and was sold.
Anyone who ask I tell them how smooth this ball is and how well it takes to coverstock changes and works for many styles.
I personally can not wait for them to release a pearl version.

The 900 Global website lists the Maniac under the "Maniac Series", which indicates to me that they plan on producing more balls in the Maniac line.
