Break s75
« on: January 12, 2009, 01:40:04 PM »
Finally got mine drilled went with a 3 3/8" pin to PAP. MB is about 5" to PAP. I have to say this ball is sweet. It allows me to chase the head oil and doesn't seem to over react unless its time to move. That to me is a great trait in a ball. I was able to make 3 board adjustments without worrying about the ball going through the breakpoint. Just had to remember to keep the speed up.

The only time it seemed to not carry was if I leaked it and it got back too far and caught a little too much of the pocket for the flat 10. Which is user error anyway. The more oil it got in the heads the stronger it seems to finish. Which is to be expected from an oiler.

I have a feeling this will be my go to ball when there is enough head oil. I am afraid to see what it will do if it really does get stronger when it gets oil soaked.

One question: The factory finish of halfway 1000 with brown compound, is that like 1000 abralon with a coat of Storm step 1??
