Can anyone compare the Breakpoint Pearl vs Break Pearl?
« on: August 31, 2009, 09:19:10 PM »
Anybody have both? My Break Pearl had an accident and I would like to replace it with something similar. I am looking at the Breakpoint pearl. To me it looks like it would be slightly earlier with a stronger back end. Anyone have any insight? Thanks.

Mine are drilled kinda close with my break point pearl is a little stronger drill, I find it to get the same if not a little shorter length with more backend then my break pearl

T-Bone you are correct the BPP is similar. I have both ball and drilled them the same with the pin over the bridge cg down and right 1/2 an inch.  My Break Point Pearl is a indeed a little earlier in the midlane and definitely stronger off the spot with a continuous backend motion through the pins. I have a few places where I score really well with my Break Pearl so when I tried my BPP in those same house I stood about 2-3 boards further left. With success and no loss of carry. You should be happy with the Break Point Pearl. Good bowling T-Bone
