Would it be reasonable to expect a Creature Pearl to last significantly longer than a Break S75 or Bounty because it does not soak up oil at the same rate?
I have not used any ball long enough to kill one, but I was just pondering the issue this evening.

Due to the fact that it's got the soaker additive from DT's days.

i don't understand that whole concept how does a ball get stronger by soaking up more oil?

I used to think about things like this, as well. Started to keep me up at night, so I stopped.

Anyone care to touch on the original question?

Probably not because the S75 is a Soaker coverstock. It will probably go a lot longer than the Creature Pearl ("plian" Superflex pearl) BUT, to offset that the Creature Pearl won't be subject to the same amounts of oil as the S75.
