Title: Crack in BO

I have a Break Out with at most 15 games on it and found tonight it has a 3 inch crack next to the thumb hole. The ball has a Thoms Thumb insert system as all my stuff has and it was in the box in my ball room. No temp change to cause this, anyone else have troubles?

and yet another ball cracking post...I would suggest taking back to your pro shop and take the proper warranty steps to see if it will be covered. Good luck!

900 is good about taking care of warranties. So unless the thumb insert is an issue you should be ok.

I contacted Global and with tekneek's (Steve) help with Eric Thomas email I am getting a NIB Break Out to replace the cracked one. I cant say enough about Eric's help on this board and he is a tribute to the company in my old opinion. Not sure all ball company's would have replaced a ball this fast. Makes one think when buying from other ball manufacturers in todays world.
