Anybody chime in on this? They're all so good, but I can't carry 20 balls to a tournament. Have you seen gas prices??? (Kidding, but no, really)

Well, not only am I going to ramp up my bowling and be bowling tournaments in varying houses, with lots of different topography, but there may be some league bowling (On a sport shot, I hope) this fall. The center near me isn't known for the floods, but their house shot gets pretty beat up fast. Don't know if it's the actual lane, or the amount of conditioner they lay down.

If this was just for a house shot, there would be 4. Respect, All Day, Night Hawk and Boost Pearl.

I carry 4 for league and 6 for tournaments. Typically I focus on surface with whatever my favorite bowling balls are at the time.

1 for heavier oil, 3 for medium,  2 for lighter oil/spares.

Too much stuff ends up being just that,  too much.

I carry 3 plus spare ball for league and have 2 more for tournaments only. I also seem to do better when I keep it simpler.

1 ball for oil
3 for medium with different shapes
1 for lighter stuff
Spare ball/urethane

DP3  to answer question 1 and 3, I would say my Break Pearl hands down for hitting power and if I had to pick a ball not knowing what the lanes was like with no practice thrown. question #2 what ball for a million bucks? good question there, I would say my NETWORK  being ive thrown it only 9 games with 3 300 games and 2 800 sets an  811 and 875  it has the highest striking percentage out of any ball ive ever thrown hands down.. Bank of 900 Pearl would be my 2nd choice if I had 1 drilled up right now...


as for having 18 balls drilled up you have way to many options and not enough games to throw them all, not even 12 in a tournament  plus im sure you plan to add the Dream BIG and respect Pearl so that makes two more added to your list.
