I just wanted to say thanks to Eric for taking care of a recent issue I had quickly and in a very professional manner. I have been down to SA a couple times and toured the plant and always have been treated great by Eric and everyone at 900Global. They are for sure a top notch organization and they should feel very lucky to have Eric working for them.
It doesn't hurt that they put out a great product as well!!

People ask me all the time why I throw only 900 Global products and I always tell them that their customer service is second to none. Especially Eric. Always has a quick response to any questions and is always friendly.
Not to mention their equipment is awesome.

Thanks brunswick for moving bowling ball manufacturing to Mexico.
Now using 900 Global & AMF equipment, scoring higher than when I was using brunswick plus it's manufactured in America by Americans.

Agree 1000% Best customer service out there. I also like that I get direct contact info for Eric and his team so I know they actually receive my emails. I've never been let down by them.
I actually had an issue with a pair of Tour Ultra shoes with the toe cap tearing, and it seems they took my issue into account and my latest pair hasn't even come close to having the same problem and I'm going on 5 + months with them. I went through 3 toe caps in 6 months last time.
I'm glad we've got a bowling company that cares about its bowlers and quality merchandise.
