Freight Train/Look discontinued
« on: February 04, 2013, 07:19:36 PM »
I was searching on buddies for a couple of bowling accessories and noticed they placed the Freight Train & Look in the must go section for $109.95 and $94.95 respectively. Guessing these two gems will be discontinued if not already? Wonder what the good people at 900 Global have in mind to replace these two in their lineup? Guess we'll have to wait and see!

Many times distributors will disco items that are not selling well, making room for other stock or recouping spent $ Its probably time anyway, they both were released in the summer of 12, 8 -12 months is generally the life expectancy unless it is an extraordinary piece aka Break through The Black Eagle

already have a few set aside of both balls :)   im waiting for there next release now.  There will come a day down the road that these balls will be hard to find & if 900 Global ever decides to get back into the PBA ill be all set for a long time  ;D  and if they dont ill have these great balls to use well down the road when there wont be any available...  I call it bowling ball management LOL
If you want it, go after it and make it happen.  If you don't, you have no one to blame but yourself....or maybe your just not throwing the right equipment  :)

I'm sure we'll see some new balls from 900 Global, but I think these two balls have been pretty much replaced by the Dirty Look and Bullet Train. Still, I really like the price point and for someone like me that's looking to build an arsenal I like The Look as a benchmark ball. I was previously considering the Sure Thing but now with this sale I have to reconsider.

the look is good, I just wish i would have put the sane layout on it as the break s75. I went 80 x 4.75 x 25 on the look and it gets a little flippy but if i would have put the 70 x 3.75 x 75  had on the s75 on the look i think it would have gotten more use. If i can pick one up real cheap maybe I'll get one and throw that layout on it....
