Title: First 900G?
Post by: taylorj99 on August 17, 2009, 02:47:20 AM
Having thrown Lane #1 primarily for a while now, I'm looking to add to the tool box. I'm interested in the Break S75 or Bounty Hunter. Currently, I have my Dynamo as my heavy oil ball. Which ball should I look into more and what should I expect as a replacement for the Dynamo? Thanks.

do you need a replacement?  if not why not look at something to compliment it?
say something in a true medium ball, skid/snap reaction?

I needed a drier lane ball and went with the link when I didnt like what I got out of the chainsaw, very nice peice and a great addition to my bag

not the answer you were looking for I know but i am not a fan of replacing something that is working, more so adding to where you may have holes

the bounty hunter is suppose to be a very strong ball but your loking at a different roll from the dynamo or at least what i've seen from them. i agree with the other guy are you looking to replace if yes then the bounty hunter  would be a good ball if your looking for a complement for it then go with the break point pearl. the bpp is a very strong pearl and would give you a good compiment to the dynamo but also look into the other global balls as well there all quality pieces.

I like my Dynamo, but even at 1000, I'm limited to playing the 10 board. As far as mediums go, I have a Pearl U, Cranberry, Dirty Bomb, and Emerald that covers mediums for me. I have a Chainsaw and XXXL that cover light. I've been thinking about a Ogre pearl as well to replace my Chainsaw, but I'm not sure yet. I've been reading a lot about how strong the BH and Break S75 are in oil, as well as others. Have you compared either to the Dynamo? If I can make my Dynamo work, that's fine too.
