I can only reiterate what has already been said in regards to Global 900 Support, more notably, ERIC THOMAS!

I'd like to thank him for all his help with my damaged S-75.  Indeed, great help is difficult to find these days.

P.S.  Eric ... despite what TEKNEEK says about you and Ole Spice cologne, you're "good 2 go" in my book! ..

Okay fellers, I'm pretty sure that even if you keep ramming your noses where the sun don't shine, the only free balls you're going to get from Eric will be fuzzy and sittin' on your chin.

I have had similar instances with eric and the rest of the staff at 900G these guys are wonderful to deal with. Just makes me want to support that company even more.

Mr. Thomas helped me get a replacement for my damaged Creature.  My pro shop was going through some major drama.  I sent Mr. Thomas an email asking if he could help.  He was very gracious and I received my new ball today, about a week from my first email.  Fantastic!
