NEW Bounty Hunter Pearl, my report
« on: November 04, 2009, 11:52:01 PM »
Here''''''''s a letter I sent to 900Global this morning..

ERIC:  Amazingly both balls you sent me could have been twins, pins-cg-Mb were almost identical in location, and pattern, and each ball had 3oz tw...15lbs.  3 1/2'''''''' pin to cg on both
1. was drilled with the pin over the ring, cg in the palm. Mb left of thumb,...typical lable drill , no hole
2. was a 5 x 4 pin over, with no hole..

Typical Wed night mixed league, 5 bowlers on a team.  Before league they run the heads, about 24 feet that gives us a good start.

I decided to use both balls, one on left lane, one on right...that was kinda fun.

In the first game on the fresh, with medium backends from the day play and a little carry down the balls were about 4 boards difference.  I was about 12 to 8 with #1 and down 7-8 with #2.  Both balls came off the spot well and carried really good,..first game on THS all balls look good...I shot 269 ...no surprises

In game two its always about a  4 and 4 move left due to the traffic,...I''''''''m basically playing both balls the same now, swinging 14 to 10 or so,...ball 1 in frames 1-3-5 goes flat ten, ring 10, ring ten,..with ball 2 really looking better the more left we go and open up..finish with a five bagger for 229...both balls still look good,..you can see the difference in the length, ball one starts up sooner, and 2 goes about 3-4ft longer, but both are still strong as long as they get a little track for friction,..I think the tens came from catching too much oil in the middle when I moved..

Game 3, I''''''''m in to about 19-20 now and got a great look with both balls, naturally for me I like the longer pin look on ball 2..have to be careful and not let ball 1 get too early in the dry cause it will hook-up, but still no problems, finished with a 246, for 740+,...

Both balls were easy to read, and responded well to the typical league shot moves and oil breakdown...Carry was  better than average, better with the longer pin ball because I could get it to corner a little later...
I give both balls a good first night B+ ,..they look and roll great,..I especially like the "no jerk look" i seem to get off the dry,...the balls stay strong through the pins, and still give a little margin for error in the mids, I like that..jime

Great review Jim...as always!!

Man I wish that Global would start up a test program like Dyno had...

...really enjoyed testing the new equipment and my customers could get to see their stuff in action, really helped to sell their stuff.
