I was considering getting a Link, because when the lanes get drier I am forced out to stand at about 50 with the Break s75. The problem I am having is when I ball down and move a little right to say around 35-40 I can't get the ball through the heads consistently. My question is how easy does the Link get through the heads. I hear a lot of people say it is stronger than expected which I can deal with it as long as it is down lane and still gets to the breakpoint consistently.

I used it in a collegiate tourney this last weekend when it dried up... Wood lanes, so the oil dried up pretty quickly.  The Link had no problem with checking up early in the heads or midlane, as was the case with almost all my other equipment.  Still has enough punch on the backend to not leave flat hits, as long as you have enough hand.

The Link for me is a ball that got stronger over use as the track dulled the true reaction appeared more length/strong arc.  In the beginning it was a slean smooth arc that had me wondering if I bought the wrong ball.  It will get easy length down the lane, I find it a good 1-2-3 punch with the Awakening and Break pearl.  It makes a predictable move to the pocket as well.  I have found some tiems if I leak it to the dry too early it will check up sooner than desired but it holds the line really well otherwise.

I was not impressed by my Link, it rolled way too early. Had to throw it really hard.
 My pro shop put a weight hole about 45 degrees off the CG and now its much more angular and a little more length.
 Now its a ball that I like and will keep in the bag.

My link gets down the lane just fine. It is drilled pin up (4" from PAP), CG out, weight hole down on VAL. Mine reacts shraply to the dry, but has never had a problem in the front part of the lane.
