BreakPoint and BreakOut finishes?
« on: March 28, 2010, 01:00:50 PM »
They''re both listed as 4000 grit Abralon.

My question: do they follow the older sequence of grits: 500/1000/2000/4000 gir t?
or
do they follow the newer sequence of more aggressive grits: 500/4000 grit?

(I might have asked this before, so pardon any memory lapses.)

I know that their previous 4000 grit releases were similar to stepping in grit.

so id imagine they havent changed anything lately (but thats a guess)

Thanks, Max.

According to the chart, a 4000 grit Abralon surface is gotten via this sequence:
20 micron Trizact/5 micron Trizact/4000 grit Abralon.

yes takes the static out of the cover stock. Wouldn't want you to get arced or sparked.
