Does anyone know where I can find the orange leather replacement heel for my Sport Deluxe shoes? I can't find anybody that has them.

If it's the same orange leather heel as used on the Tour Ultras, I got mine from CheapBowlingBalls.com.

Have you tried using the red leather Dexter heel? Yes you will need to cut the teardrop into the heel but if you cannot get the 3-G heel, the dexter variant is a valid alternative.
