just waiting feedback on who has the war eagle and what do they think of it and comparison to other global equipment
If it is worth doing then do it right.

I haven't put holes in mine either, but it's going to be a little cleaner through the fronts than the Black Eagle, and sharper off the spot.

Mine is clean up front and has an awesome mid lane read.  I was surprised at how strong it is for me.  I was bowling on route 66 and I could play the same line as my HRR but the War Eagle was stronger down lane with more pop on the pins.  It's my first 900 Global piece and I'm very impressed

15.1 lbs - 2.5oz TW - 4.5 inch Pin.  Drilled pin above ring finger with a 55 x 4 x 70 layout. Bowled 10 practice games with it yesterday.  I normally never bowl 10 games in a practice session, but I was having so much fun that I didn't want to stop.  The first thing I notice is how sweet the ball looks. The Red/White/Blue scheme is really nice.  Watching the ball going down the lane is love at first sight :) .  The motion is so smooth.  Super clean through the front and very nice read at middle and the back end move is pure silk.  What impressed me most are how few splits I left over the entire 10 games session.  Looking forward to trying it out this Friday night for league.  I will report back with some updates.  But so far so good.

Are you sure that is the layout tonyS?? You would have to have a pretty extreme PAP to use a 70 degree Val angle and have pin above the ring finger. I drilled mine with a 70 Val angle and mine has pin under and right of the ring.

with the lower rg diff and inter. diff I was wondering how well the ball would react. I'm very pleased with the WE, even pin under ring with a 2.5" pin at box it has very good length, more than I expected, yet just as strong a back end hook as the BE. Another hands down winner from the Break Line !!!!

Sorry I'm late guys but I drilled nine 2 weeks ago ...off the break first game it was way too angular for me .....I left 5 9 pins out of 11 pocket hits....but hey next night I switched off in have 2 and the 21 in a row no I did not shoot 300 no I did not shoot 800 lol what can I say I'm jinxed but this ball hits better than anything else in have thrown to date ....I wish it as in the budget for me to experiment with 2or 3 more but for right now all I can say is I'm looking for reasons to keep this ball in my hand .....in looking for a drill that will allow me to throw this ball on the fresh
the desire to win is easy talent without discipline is mediocrity... ...

Ive drilled 2 of them up already, Didn't like the reaction I got out of my first 1 which had a 0-1/2" pin but what a difference it was when i punched a 4 1/4" pin on the 2nd ball.  1st 3 games out of the box were 247 268 299 clean. played more straight up with it and the pin carry was crazy.  threw wood all over the place :) 1st time in a long time i didn't leave solid a 10 pin (  My messenger was working over time last night ).. way to go on another great ball designed by 900 Global  ^5
If you want it, go after it and make it happen.  If you don't, you have no one to blame but yourself....or maybe your just not throwing the right equipment  :)
