Blow the whistle...Train coming through
« on: December 23, 2011, 01:34:01 AM »
I used the Train for a 1/2 game on my first shift THS pattern and it was to strong so I had to put it away.  Used it all night on my PBA League on the Shark Pattern.  I had about 3-4 more boards of swing area then anyone else because the ball recovered so well.  It seems to get through the front of the lane pretty clean but picks up hard in the midlane if you don't have a lot of oil.  Seems to hit pretty well.  I can't compare it to my Bank Roll because I have my Bank Roll drilled to weak.

The shot was actually a little heavier than normal with some carry down because there is a high school that practices before us.  I am pretty much a cranker with high to medium ball speed and mostly play the inside of the lane.  I think I was starting to get some roll out because I was leaving weak 10's.  When I moved a little right, it would go through the nose.  I switched to my Nuts Pearl and was able to move 10 boards right and had a great look.

10 right with your nuts pearl? My nuts pearl is a monster...

I wonder how this will compare to my Aftermath or my Bank.

I drill most of my high end equipment on the weak side because it is the only way I can use it on most conditions.  I drilled the Train stronger because I wanted it just for the Shark/heavy PBA patterns.
