S86R cover and S74R  both hybrids  Maroon/Plum  and Black/Purple in colors
If you want it, go after it and make it happen.  If you don't, you have no one to blame but yourself....or maybe your just not throwing the right equipment  :)

um.... Dream On had 74R Hybrid.

"The  Equilibriumâ„¢ features a tried and true cover-stock combined with a proven core.

The S74Râ„¢ Hybrid Cover-stock was made famous by the Inceptionâ„¢ and Truthâ„¢ releases.  This is the first time, however, that we have offered this cover in a hybrid formulation.  This cover will offer the perfect balance of traction in the oil and backend when exiting the pattern.  Use this ball after the lanes go through their initial transition."

Technically, the Dream and On had 74 Response on them, which was strictly a Storm cover, from what I've heard. At the time, San Antonio couldn't do 3 color blends, so they were Utah made. From what I've seen out of my original On (yep, still using the original one I got when it came out), it's totally a Storm cover.

So the S74R should be less.. storm like.

Second, that core shape is awesome in everything.

Third, the Volatility... I'm looking forward to that one.

Yes I have an OG Dream Big and Dream On. Great balls. A solid S74R Dream would be rad if they did that. One could.... "Day Dream" about such a ball. ;)

How interesting! I always thought the S74R and 74 Response were the same cover blend.

For what it's worth, the balls I've had with S74R in it have been absolutely aces. It's got a great balance of length & traction, and continuation is never sacrificed. And from the looks of the Extreme videos, it's more of the same with the HB core.
