Drilled my new "toys" todaay
« on: January 19, 2011, 04:16:30 PM »
Bank Pearl 4.5x60x30

Raw Profit 4.5x60x30

Drilled the Raw Profit with the same layout as my first Profit with the intention that they have similar motion but handle different volumes of oil. Bank Pearl was drilled same as my Bank except I narrowed the angle to the VAL from 35 to 30. Hopefully will get a chance to throw them later today . But if not there is always league tomorrow

How is the Bank Pearl rolling for you, I have one on the way and am thinking about drilling the same as my regular Bank 45x4x35, gives me a great midlane roll that just doesn't stop.

I'm also thinking of the Bank Pearl. I was ready to get rid of my Bank because it seemed to quit hitting after about 10 games. I cleaned it with clean and dull and it seems to be working fine now. I can use it for 2 games and then I have to switch to something with a little shine. The way it rolls for me I can't move in and swing it because it rolls earlier and doesn't have a real big backend. Lately I've been going to my S75 with some polish and it works great the 3'rd game.

I will be throwing these 2 tomorrow morning and Monday night, I drilled the RP for Fridays as we have a higher volume of oil. My Bank and Aftermath work good but my Profit has been money for me after they break down. Hoping to get the same motion out of the RP  at the start of the night. Bank Pearl is primarily for the league i'm bowling as a sub on. and also for sport shots

I used both in league on Friday Morning, The Raw Profit rolls as I expected but was stronger overall than i expected. I rolled the Bank Pearl a few shots in practice and the second half of the 3rd game. Very clean and easy through the heads, nice midlane read and a little more angular move of the spot than i expected. I will be taking the BP with me to league tomorrow but the RP is just too strong for that center. I willl update this post after league tomorrow.
