I finally got a chance to get mine on the lane and I was very pleased. Missed two ten pins first game 234, 259 second game, 259 third game. Seriously thinking about getting the Dream On.

I have both the Respect and the Dream On.  My Respect out hooks the Dream On. Respect like a pearl ball on steroids. Decent length with huge back end. Dream On hooks earlier with a nice arc to pocket. A great 1 -2 punch. Dream On shines up extremely fast due to lane shine. I keep mine at 1000 and have to clean it and lightly touch it up with a pad after every 3 games. Moxie also might be a great compliment to both balls if you keep the Dream On at 4000 OOB. I originally bought the Dream On for heavy oil and was surprised the Respect was my heavy oil ball. I took the Dream On to 1000 abralon and that solved that.

Respect is a great ball, pretty much what ryguy said is the same reaction I get from both of mine.  Reacts like a pearl with a big backend movement.  I have actually taken my pin down one down to 4000 grit just to smooth out the backend reaction a little bit.
Now to compare to the Dream On, it really is two different types of reactions, my Dream On is a lot smoother off the breakpoint than my Respect.  Both really good balls and can be a 1-2 punch for most people.

Here is a PIC of my RESPECT.   I like to use the MOXIE / RESPECT combination when I bowl on my Tuesday Night House league. I usually start with my Pin Down CG Kicked In MOXIE and then go to the RESECT as it gives me that pop on the backend that  increases my angle into the pocket.  This house uses a 42ft typical house shot using ICE oil, and has the most volume of oil as compared with our other houses in the county.
