I agree 110%. I have had the pleasure of Eric giving me and my friend a tour of the plant down in San Antonio and he was awesome and explained everything to us in great detail.
He is for sure a huge asset to that company..

Eric has always gotten back to me in a timely manner and tried to answer all my questions in laymens terms.
Makes it easier to understand and he has been very helpful with my bowling for the past 2 seasons.
Almost all things are better when they come from Texas.Except maybe the USBC. LOL

Eric has always gotten back to me when I send him a message. He even once sent a response to me while he was out of the country.
He in my opinion is a class young man and a credit to the company.
