What has anyone done to the surface on their Claw? I am undecided on what to do next. Ball at box forces me way left to catch enough oil, but, then comes off the pattern way too strong. I cannot decide if next step is to take down to 1000 and control the back or to polish the crap out of it so I can square up more in the front.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

If it comes off the pattern too hard OOB, then 1000 would slow it down. Polish is going to make it read the friction harder.

I was looking for options, I knew both of what you said but Thank You! I took Claw to 1000, thinking I was going to be able to use it earlier in the set. I was wrong, but love it. I cannot believe at 1000 how clean and still angular this ball it.
How would the Claw and Black Ops compare at 1000? I still have the Black Ops sitting and waiting for me.

Black Ops is going to be earlier and smoother at 1000. Only use case is a flood. Ops is low RG high diff, Claw is higher RG lower differential.
