Title: Thank you Eric Thomas!!

I had a small issue with a ball I drilled my sister and I sent photos to him Monday and I had the ball Wednesday!!! Awesome customer service and great to deal with!! Thanks again, Bruce Campbell

Since then I've seen numerous people (including you) rightfully say great things about him! I've seen pictures of him but never had the pleasure of meeting face to face .. seems to be the best in bowling customer service!

+1 Eric is the best! That is why I throw 900 Global/AMF exclusively now. Great company!

Unlike reps from the main companies (Ebo, Storm, etc) Eric sits down and will talk to you as a person and ask about stuff outside of the bowling world. it is not always about a sale in his book which is why Eric is great at what he does.
