A very special thank you to Eric Thomas and the wonderful people at 900 Global!! I had a small issue with a ball I drilled my sister and I sent photos to him Monday and I had the ball Wednesday!!! Awesome customer service and great to deal with!! Thanks again, Bruce Campbell

900 Global, best customer service out there, due to that guy right there. Eric does right to anyone I've spoken to.

I had some problems years ago where Eric came to my rescue. Since then I've seen numerous people (including you) rightfully say great things about him! I've seen pictures of him but never had the pleasure of meeting face to face .. seems to be the best in bowling customer service!

You have to love when someone in his position with all the other things he has to do on a daily basis will personally answer email and phone calls usually within an hour. Eric is the best in the business.

+1 Eric is the best! That is why I throw 900 Global/AMF exclusively now. Great company!

Eric is even better in person. Unlike reps from the main companies (Ebo, Storm, etc) Eric sits down and will talk to you as a person and ask about stuff outside of the bowling world. it is not always about a sale in his book which is why Eric is great at what he does.

+100 in the short time since I switched from the ebonite companies I've dealt with him a couple of times and he is definitely a very good guy

Yes, Eric Thomas and the whole 900 Global staff customer service is by far the best in their line of business!!!
