Thrown on house pattern and a challenge pattern

The Break Down's name says it all. Good on Medium - Medium/Dry patterns and the transition. Clean through the front, with a smooth roll down lane. It is a unique reaction that I do not think another ball can mimic.

On the challenge pattern the backends were a little sharp on the fresh and the Break Down match it well. It rolled strong, but did not over jump off the dry. As I reached game three the only thing I would change is having another Break Down with a smaller first angle, to store a little more energy. But the original still kept me in play without worries about leaving designs.

The Break is better for me on the THS game 2 into game 3. Its helps blend out the wet/dry that happens when you some on your pair starting with to strong of a ball.

I can see having a least 1 more in my bag with a stronger drill, this would make a good combo for most house conditions.

The Break Down is a blast from the past utilizing technology from the Break series from several years ago along with the fan favorite S-70 coverstock. The New Break Down has had the core modified to be used on lane conditions that are a little more challenging. The Break Down will excel on THS pattern but will shine more on the sport shot patterns or demanding tournament conditions where a very controllable ball motion is needed. The Break Down is Amazing! This is the first asymmetrical ball that I have seen that has such a controllable motion; it just smooth’s the lane out. If you are a stroker, tweener, high rev. player, house bowler or a tournament player and you want a go to ball that will smooth out the lane and keep you play, you need this ball in your bag.
