Title: Want to Send Thanks To Eric from 900 Gobal

I really thought this was worth mention. In the last month or so I Called 900 Global from the proshop that I run in Michigan, I ordered 2 cases of balls from Eric, he was very helpful and got the balls out right away. Now here is the reason for this post I received the 2 cases of balls but one of the packages was kinda damaged and was re-taped on one corner the box seemed a little light?? When I opened it one ball was missing, so I contacted Eric and with no hesitation he said I'll take it up with UPS and send you another ball today. All I can say is that is what I call Customer service. When you have service like that it kinda gives you piece of mind when customers ask what company do you recommend! Not only do they make a great products they are there to help the customers after the sale!

I'll be a customer for quite some time.
Also nice to see our local supply company GLC has your products. A little closer for us Michigan customers.
