Anyone know what Matt McNiel at in the bag at Nationals this year?
-
900 Global equipment i believe. Not sure which ones.
-
<------- didnt see this was in the 900 Global section.
My apologies

It's this little thing called "talent" I'm sure you can just pick it up at a pro shop, but seriously...I have no idea what he used.
-
I believe he used The Favorite to shoot 300-847 in doubles. Not sure what else he used, but I think he mentioned a Bank Roll too.

Do they sell "talent" by the bottle?
-
Are preorders being accepted for talent in a bottle? If so put me down for a case!
-
When I die, the COD will be overdosed on Talent! What a way to go.
-
I watched one of his sets on BowlTV, and I'm pretty sure the ball he was using was solid black. I don't know 900 Global stuff very well though.
-
might have used, The Eagle to get another Eagle and money
-
Definitely used the Favorite for Doubles shooting 300/847.
-
I found a video on his youtube account where he specifically says he used a Favorite for his 300/847 at Nationals.
I was wondering which ball he was using since the only thing I had that let me play that straight through the fronts was a Hammer Blue remake but I couldn't knock out the corners with it. I was wondering if we was using urethane too.
Watching his ball reviews, you can see his release has very little side roll. He could have played that line with just about any medium to medium strong ball. Mystery solved.
-
I don't particularly like his style, but there is no doubt it works. If he used the Favorite it's not all that suprising, that is a quality piece.
-
Bank Roll and a Favorite.
-
Related to this topic....bass is the Sure Thing 2-3 boards stronger than the Favorite same layout/ball surface?
-
Not sure.
My Sure Thing doesn't have the same layout as my Favorite.
For me the Favorite was a pretty strong piece when it 1st hit the market.
Sure Thing is a good piece but probably won't be the 1st ball out of my bag.
That will be a Black Eagle.
