The 900Global Eon bowling ball was created to offer optimal backend reaction on medium to heavy oil conditions. The S82RX Pearl coverstock formulation gives a later angular ball reaction. The Olloid Symmetric core is designed to give this ball more length while maintaining energy and creating more hook potential down the lane.

Clean, Midlane Pearl with Pop

The Eon is a brand new ball that include new core and cover.  It has the Olloid Symmetric core and the S82RX Pearl cover on it.  This ball provides a very clean look through the fronts and gives you quick response to friction.  It is excellent for medium patterns and house shots.  It provided me a really good look once the lanes broke down and needed something little cleaner with retained energy for the back part of the lane.  The ball still rolls in the midland very well for a pearl but never seems to let that bother it when it hits the friction to make the turn to the pocket.  It also surprised me with how it never seemed to over react when getting to the dry to early.  It just seemed to know where the pocket was.  This is going to be a favorite of mine!!

The Eon
Sometimes a heavy oil ball is too much for the condition and you need a medium to medium heavy ball to do the job. Some medium patterns have a heavy oil volume and some medium heavy patterns are close to heavy. The Eon can handle both, the pearl cover will get it down lane saving that big angle to the pocket. The Eon is versatile enough for all styles. A great ball for playing any part of the lane. Get one !

Review
The Prime 800 Series EON features the new S82RX Pearl Cover Stock and Ollioid Symmetric Core.
This ball quickly became one of favorites. I’m able to play down in, track area, and deep inside. Ball reaction is very consistent on all angles and the pin carry is tremendous. My ball layout is 85x5 1/8x60.This will be a great ball for all skill levels of bowlers. This ball was tested on a THS 41 Feet. This ball not only looks great, but will be go to ball for league! Drilling pattern: 85 x 4.5 x 40
Pin placement: Above bridge

Brand new core design, flashy looking ball, and outstanding performance. Those are all things you will get with the new Eon from 900 Global. Personally, I was looking for a replacement to the Truth Pearl, even gave this ball a very similar drilling, and that's exactly what I got and more. The pearl coverstock on the Eon gets through the front part of the lane with ease, retains energy in the midlane, and makes a sharp, yet controllable, move to the pocket sending pins flying. First game out of the box was on a broken down THS and I was able to move in to the puddle, and throw it to the dry without worry of carry/energy loss after finding the friction. This will be a great ball on a multitude of conditions. High rev players will love how clean this ball is through the heads and the hitting power is fantastic. Pick one up and #GoGlobal today.

Likes: The new EON replaces the Truth Pearl in the Global900 800Series. The EON has a slightly higher Rg (2.50) and a lower Diff (.049)than the Truth Pearl. Box finish is 1500 polish. The EON is very clean through the front and does not over react off the dry. I drilled mine pin down 80 x 3 5/8 x 65. On the USBC pattern White#2(40', 6:1 ratio)I was able to start on the fresh playing up 6. As the lane broke down I moved left a few boards to open up the angle through the front. The EON can be used on medium/heavy oil patterns of any length with easy surface adjustments.

Review: The 900 Global Eon is a very solid piece. The cover on it is very strong for a pearl cover, especially downlane. It’s very clean through the heads. It reads the mids pretty well, which makes it a good compliment to a White Hot Bader. Once it reaches the end of the pattern, the ball overs a very good backend. It’s a little less than a White Hot, which makes it a beautiful compliment. It does a very good job giving you that extra boost in the backend when you need it on heavier medium volume patterns.  As is the case for all 900 Global balls, it’s a beautiful ball. Really stands out on the lanes, performance wise and cosmetically.
