The 900Global Badger carries on the popularity of the Honey Badger! Sometimes you need a ball for demanding lane conditions, that is where the Badger comes in. This ball is great on demanding lane conditions, when the lanes break down requiring more angularity at the breakpoint. This bowling ball combines the S71 hybrid coverstock that handles heavier oil with the Lacerate symmetric core. This core offers a similar motion as the Honey Badger but is more ideal for an angular reaction on heavy oil patterns. The 2-piece core creates a unique reaction at the breakpoint.
Color: Blue/Black
Coverstock: S71 Hybrid
Core: Lacerate Symmetric
Finish: 1500 Polished
RG: 2.57 (15# ball)
Differential: 0.041 (15# ball)
Recommended Lane Condition: Medium-Heavy Oil

Clean, Strong Midlane, Strong Backend
This ball is literally the little sibling to the Honey Badger but just as good if not better.  The Badger has that same 2-piece design seen in the HB along with the same S71 cover but in Hybrid version.  This sibling has a different set of guts though.  It is using the Lacerate Symmetric core.  Where the HB struggled in the midlane a bit for me I was able to use the Badger on the fresh out of the box and still keep moving in.  Because of this, I will be able to take my HB back to 1500 polish from 2000 by hand.  This way I can truly get that 1-2 punch needed.  The Badger still gives you that down lane motion made famous by the HB but with a bit, more midlane read.  The more I moved left the more it just wanted to keep coming.  This ball has no quit in it.  I was able to use it on the Dick Weber 45' pattern as well.  I scuffed to 2000 by hand to get it to roll but was able to still get it clean through the fronts. Quaified 5th on that pattern in Shawnee PBA Regional. Trey Ford won the tournament with this ball.  Seriously impressed with this one!!

LANE CONDITION

Badger
Coverstock: S71 Hybrid
Finish: 1500 Polished
Core: Lacerate Symmetric
RG: 2.57
Differential: 0.041

Layout:  50x 4 5/8 x 60
Tester:  PAP 5 1/2 R, 1 1/2 D

The Badger features the S71 coverstock that has bowlers enjoying having a hybrid in the bag.  This one is great for league night where you want to open up the lane early and maintain great control. The Badger is very strong downlane, more than I initially anticipated.  I was most impressed with the hitting power of this ball even after I played around with 2K and 1K adjustments to the surface. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite balls.  The Badger line has been very popular and continues to be staple in the 900 Global line-up.

This is me and what I like...Out of he box I hit it with a 4000 pad, Just to take the factory shine off. This is a benchmark ball for me, although I have the Badger Claw, and now the White hot badger, this Badger is in my hands a lot. Rolls very nice, medium/heavy or even play in deeper when the lanes break down. I love the Badger line!

I like what Todd said above,.."This is me and what I like." exactly.  This is a great ball, drill it, throw it, and it strikes.  This ball is easy to move with,...you can make small moves and
chase the oil for a long time,..I like that. This ball is easy on my eyes, I love to watch the ball track as it goes down the lane, and the darker color is excellent for this.
This is a ball that when I drilled it and threw it, it acted exactly the way I expected.
I will use this ball a lot.

The Badger is the perfect compliment to the Honey Badger, the Hybrid cover
will allow you to bowl on a little more oil than the Honey Badger. I was struggling with my Honey Badger sliding past my break point, but my Badger moved sooner and was able to break right at the end of the pattern. I drilled my Badger with the same layout as my Honey Badger for easy adjustments during lane transition. This ball is a great addition to my equipment and very pleased. Go out today and get you one.
