#15 Dirty Look 1-2" pin 2.5 top
axis point 3 5/8"
tweener, 15mph
Lane Conditions - THS, Sport & Kegel Challenge
Lane Surface - Synthetic, AMF, Brunswick
Surface of bowling ball: Factory/Box
What grit was the surface of the ball? Polish & T pad
Likes: Length, consistant reaction, medium conditions
Dislikes: None so far.

Drilled Dirty Look strong 30 drill angle/4" pin/30 to VAL, no wt. hole.  Pleasantly surprised with the predictable reaction for a pearl.  Smoother roll but still hit hard.  Little over/under on fresh but not near as bad as other pearls I've thrown.  Ball's performance shines as lanes transition!  2nd & 3rd game of league once lanes opened had room to miss in and out.  Carries extremely well either miss.  Took a T pad to it and was able to use on Sport & Kegel Challenge conditions.  Read lane sooner but still had a snap reaction on backend.  GREAT compliment to the Look...Get Dirty!!

dirty look ...
first off i love the name and color scheme right up my alley (no pun intended) and since I'm such a big fan of the look i waited all of 12 mins to put holes in this ball .. it lived up to its name and then some .. i drilled it 75 by 5 1/2 by 70 no weight hole needed the ball fit in perfectly behind the look yes it was still versatile but i didn't have to chase the oil or move my feet nearly as much or as often as i did with the look .. first time i threw it was the second game one Friday night .. 9 pin 9 pin .. sheet won the second game everthing and then shot 257 after that to win the last game every thing ... this ball allowed me to be me ... roll it off mu hand if i missed right it charged and carried if i missed left in the puddle it held and carried .. this has officially become the first ball out of my bag every where i go .. which is really strange considering its a pearl and i do not like snappy reads .

Likes:in a word .. everything .. this ball could easily go in the bowling ball hall of fame with the gold rhinos cuda c danger zone etc ... just unbelievable reaction for me... i would drill another one but to be honest what for the one i have now is perfect ... all i have to do is be close to throwing it good and i get great results ...

Dislikes:i do not really have any it does exactly what it is supposed to do and a little more

Just drilled this ball last week and not only does this ball look great but it rolls amazing! I drilled It 45x 5 1/2x 65, which put the pin below my middle finger and the M.B is on my V.A.L. This layout got the ball down the lane incredibly easy but it still gave me a lot of control at my break point. My second set in league with the ball was 801! I have not had a pearlized ball carry this well for me in a long time. This ball is definitely going to be a winner for 900 Global.

The new Dirty Look has great eye appeal and is a welcome addition to my arsenal. I drilled the Dirty Look 4.5” X 3.5” exactly like my Look. I started my league play with the Look and by the end of the first game I switched to the Dirty Look and what a surprise I had, this ball really spins up quick for a high end pearl. I was amazed at how well this ball went down the lane. This ball never backed off it just kept on driving through the pins no matter how far left I moved or how far right I threw it into the dry it never stopped hooking back to the pocket. The end result was 266-248-269-783 not bad for a first night outing with a new ball. This ball will be a welcome addition to anybodies bag

LANE CONDITION

Length:37 ft fresh early league--39ft late league

Volume:25mil---29mil-late league

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc):

Likes:This ball is easily the most angular ball in 900 Globals line for this year. The Dirty look clears the front part of the lane with ease and the ball just retains alot of energy and flips when it comes off the back of the pattern. First time on league shot with lower volume oil pattern when they were fresh I had a 278 game and 700 series. Second time I threw dirty look I shot a 279 on late league when lanes were broken down and I had to move inside. I would recommend using this ball on your late league or on a fresh pattern that has a lower volume of oil or alot of friction on an older surface lane. Great ball, a must have!! I drilled this ball with a six inch pin to take a little bit of flare out of and this ball was still very angular. Thanks again 900 Global!!!

i drilled this ball pin above the ring finger with cg under with the mass bais 2 inches to the right of my thumb. this gives me a clean look thru the mid part of the lane and still has enough backend to give me striking power.

LANE CONDITION

Length: 40 feet

Volume: medium/light

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc): House and Challenge

The Dirty Look is an amazing piece for your arsenal.  If you are looking for a ball that goes long and finds the pocket from all kinds of different angles, this is the one.  I have mine drilled with a very simple layout of the pin over my ring finger and it really allows me some versatility when it comes to lane play.  What makes this possible is the Dirty Look’s ability to retain energy and explode through the pocket.

I have thrown this ball on several different lane surfaces and oil patterns with the same results.  Plus the color is stunning; it really stands out on the rack!

If you are looking for a strong pearl that is a great benchmark piece, the Dirty Look is a must have for you tournament and league bag!

Intimidate the pins with a 900 Global Dirty Look! I think that this is one of my favorite pearls to date. I have my Dirty Look drilled pin up. It gets great length through the heads and turns the corner on a dime to create great entry angle into the pocket.  When I need it to roll just a bit sooner in medium oil,  I put a little surface on it and it still works great! This ball is a great compliment to the original Look. I highly recommend this ball if you are looking for a strong pearl!

OOB 300 with this ball!  Enough said.  This bowling ball gets down lane and makes an angular motion like you wouldn't believe.  The Dirty Look is perfect for when the lanes are a little beat up and you need something that is going to get through the heads and still have enough energy to get back to the pocket and carry.

My Dirty Look was drilled with pin over ring finger, and CG kicked at 45 degrees. Definitely doesn't try to roll early on a fresh pattern. All it really does is wait until it sees friction and turn right. NO BLINKER NEEDED. I'm allowed to LOVE the blue/green cover because they were my high school colors. This would be the type of ball that I would buy 10 of, and just lay them all out differently with various surface grits. Very versatile piece! Check out my videos of 900 Global/AMF products on youtube, username "conventionalspinner".

The Dirty Look (great name) First thing everyone says is that they love the ball color. But the proof is in the box. I'm a pearl lover so me and this ball are a perfect match. The ball gets down the lane easy, retains plenty of energy, and has a great pop through the pocket. The ball is not jerky, and lets me move slowing with the pattern without having to jump 5 boards at a time. Great ball for bowlers with a little slower ball speed, as the Pearl lets the ball float through the heads. Fastly becoming one of my favorites, pin over ring, Mb outside the thumb no holes.....jimensminger

Title: 813 Right off The Press!!!
Post by: Travis92103 on December 12, 2012, 09:51:27 AM
I drilled this ball with a 5 3/4" pin to PAP and 3 3/4" from MB to PAP. My PAP is 5" Right and 1/4" Up. The lay out ended up being pin above my middle finger Cg in the safe zone and a touch above the midline and the MB and 1 1/2" from my thumb. The ball is amazingly clean through the front and middle part of the lane with a tremendous backend motion! 1st 3 games off the press 267, 279 and 267! If you are looking for a ball to play a fresh medium-to-light house shot or burnt tournament conditions this is the piece to have in your hands!

Clean through fronts, reads end of the pattern very well, and creates a smooth but powerful arching motion on the back end
Dislikes:
Needed to take off the factory finish polish with a 2000 abralon and then allow the ball to shine itself back up.  Ball was too over/under with factory finish polish on it.

I know I am late in doing this, but if you are looking for a ball that is clean down and smooth off the spot, the Dirty look is for you!!  This is one the cleanest balls I have ever thrown.  Unlike some of the other balls out there, this ball does not go sideways.  Very predictable once it gets down lane.  And it goes through the pins like a truck!!!

Length: 40ft

Volume: 23UL

Type challenge

Likes:The Dirty look is a great follow up to the look.  The high R/G gets the ball smooth through the head with a nice angular finish through the pins.  Like it on short oil or extreme outside line.

Dislikes: Long oil

Likes: Hit and carry and "look" of the ball

Dislikes: Heavy oil and carrydown

Great carrying ball! The Dirty Look gives me the length and hit I need when the center gets thrifty with the amount of oil they lay down. Surprisingly controllable for a pearl, reminds me of the Storm Paradigm I had and loved. As with any pearl that is highly polished it doesn't take too well to carrydown or heavy volumes of oil, that is a job best left up to my Freight Train! Though I would think taking the factory down with one of the NEAT pads would allow this ball to be used on a wider variety of conditions due to the strong cover S73. All in all a great ball! Great job 900 Global!!

The Dirty Look

Layout: 45x 4 1/2x 30

The Dirty Look should be everyones dream when the lanes open up or are medium volume and length with recovery are needed.

One of my leagues is bowled in a center where there is decent hold out side of 10 but absolutely no hold inside of 10. The Dirty Look has been a godsend to me on this pattern. It allows me to keep my feet deeper than most other balls do because they want to pick up too soon and never get right where they need to get. I see a strong move downlane and predictable length. Very little suprises out of this ball, it does as advertized and never quits at the pin deck.

On sport I prefer a smoother reaction. Strong backends get me into trouble causing me to get the ball going away from the pocket too much. Normally I don't use the Dirty Look on patterns where the backends are screaming. I have had good success on a few patterns once the the oil starts to push and I have a little hold down lane.
