Dream Big reviews:
I have drilled two of these, one being a pin up 5 inch from pap layout and the other being a pin down 2 1/2 from pap with a p3 weight hole.
The pin up one I have had great success on the 2015 Nationals Team, 2014 Team, 2011 Masters pattern. This ball is stronger than my Dream On drilled same way by about 3 boards. Has a great midlane read that continues through the pins, but a smoother roll than the Dream On. With the solid alert coverstock this ball will need some oil in the heads, but can be used on a variety of conditions.
The pin down layout on this ball was more for oily lanes along with flat patterns. I just drilled this ball and used it at a 8 game sweeper in the IB open 2015 pattern which is 46 in length. Ball rolled extremely well on this pattern and with the amount of oil still was able to have some movement with the oob 4000 cover. With this type of layout it gives me a great midlane move and a controlled arc throughout the lane.

Likes:Heavy oil pattern? Low rev rate? Looking for high scores? Well, then the Dream Big is for you! I would recommend this ball for anyone needing a ball that reads the front part of the lane and doesn't skid thru it, but yet the cover doesn't just hook at your big toe either! This ball reads the midlane very well on these patterns and has great continuation through the pins. This is a great combination of core to cover that will help you on any oily to heavy oil THS pattern or sport patterns like the Shark or Badger. This ball will just allow you to bowl on these heavy oil patterns and not let you feel like you have to baby it to get it into a roll. This ball is meant for oily patterns and will do a great job of handling that. So dreaming of high scores on oily lanes? Then Dream Big!! I drilled mine 65 x 5 1/2 x 40. Well done 900 Global!

This is definitely the strongest ball now in the 900 Global lineup. The Dream On used to be the biggest hooking ball in my bag, but the Dream Big is even bigger! If you have a heavy oil condition to deal with, the Dream Big will read the lane with ease. The most impessive trait about this ball for me is the fact that it doesn't overreact off the spot down lane or pick up too early. For such a strong ball reaction, this ball is extremely controllable down lane which is something that I don't see very often. As compared to the Dream On, the Dream Big is a couple boards stronger overall, but the down lane motion is a bit more subtle due to the solid Alert Coverstock. The OOB finish at 4000 has plenty of teeth to read through the oil, but it can be lowered quite easily to pick up even more for those with lower rev rates or higher ball speeds.

I was aware how much my DREAM ON (Hybrid Version) hooked so I drilled a very smooth layout for this hook monster..... it's scary how much this ball would hook if I drilled a stronger one. I kept this ball with the 4000 grit finish just like new and boy this ball has some serious mid lane reaction. The DREAM BIG has surprise ease through the front part of the lane for a solid cover while retaining a strong backend reaction. It will work great on today's house conditions, and will be one of your first balls out of the bag on those challenge and sport patterns too. The DREAM BIG will need a medium to high volume oil to maximize its potential. Every bowler needs one of these, but of course that's only if you want superior performance for YOUR game.....

Comments:
Dream Big. 900 Global's Dream Big utilizes the Idenity Asymmetric core and the 79 Alert Solid Cover. This
ball really holds it line through the midlane and really gives you a steep angle on pocket entry. If you're looking
for a ball that needs to turn the corner on medium to heavy volume patterns, then look no further than the Dream Big.
I was able to play more in the post area on my THS and at no point in time did I worry about this ball getting back
to the pocket. There was a few times i sailed the ball out past my break point and the Dream big seemed to have no
problem motoring back to the pocket. If your bag is lacking in the High Performance ball department look no further
and get youself a Dream Big. Big Core, Big Cover, Big Hook, Dream Big.

There is a reason for the ball name to be Dream BIG. This ball provides BIG hook. I have mine laid out pin below middle finger about 5 inches off of axis with no hole. Mass Bias is at about 50 degrees. This ball is the strongest in my bag. So far I haven't seen enough oil to stop this one. What is crazy is how strong the ball is, yet it doesn't lose energy fast at all. The continuation is always there whether I am very straight or opening up my angles. This is the ball you would want when you can't get anything else to hook. This one is about 4 more stronger in the front than the Dream On. I was shocked that 900 Global could make a ball stronger than the Dream On, but they definitely did. For low rev players or slick patterns, this is the ball for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

About the ball…
The newest addition to 900 Global’s high-end Engineer series is the Dream Big. This ball uses the 79 Alert Solid coverstock, where the previous releases in this line, the Dream and Dream On, used versions of the 74 Alert cover. It features the same Identity Asymmetric core as the two previous Dreams.
My opinions…
This ball is a must have for the heavy oil. It reads the mid lane with a strong aggressive arc to the pocket. The Dream Big reads the mid lane earlier than the Dream On and has 3-5 more boards of hook. I have used this on a typical house shot as well as sport shots and it is one of the first balls out of my bag for the longer or higher volume oil patterns. For those of you with a lot of hand you will need lots of oil to use this ball. For the folks with less hand this will be a great ball for the typical house shot, it will give you a strong motion to the pocket without being flippy. This is one of those balls that everyone should have.

The Dream Big is the perfect addition to the Dream line. The strongest ball in the lineup provides the bite needed in the heavy oil. When the Dream On just isn't giving you enough grip, the Dream Big will grab on and make the turn. I've been able to use the Dream Big on the heavier volumes to open up the lane when others are struggling to get a consistent reaction. If you bowl on sport or THS with heavier oil conditions, you need to have this in your bag.

900 Global Dream Big
I drilled mine 45x4x35
This ball is very clean through the heads for heavy oil ball. It has strong mid lane roll and strong back end roll. It is about 4 boards stronger than dream on. This ball works good on house league shots and flat sport patterns. It is a very versatile ball and will open up lane on longer, tighter patterns.

The Dream Big, a big heavy oil ball, fast speed, medium speed and slow speed players
will have no trouble with oil volume with this ball. The Dream Big retains its energy for the backend of the lane where you need the power. A lot of heavy oil balls lose energy in the mid part of the lanes the Dream Big retains it. The cover and core match up perfectly for heavy oil. With my slower ball speed at 15.2 I drilled mine 2-½ inches pin to pap, 6-½ inches psa to pap and a 1-½ inch pin buffer. For those bowlers that can’t get enough power on oily lanes the Dream Big will do the job.

Do you like seeing your ball make a right turn (left turn for the righties)? Then get the Dream Big!!! I love the length it gives me, with no problem making the turn once it hits the dry. This ball is clean through the heads and sharp off the spot!

Review:
The Dream Big was my personally most anticipated release from 900 Global and it didn't fail to live up to expectations. Using the 79 Alert Solid on the Identity Asymmetric core has given us one of the biggest motions available on the market. I used my favorite layout on this monster to compare it to the original Dream and was awarded with 6-8 more boards of hook and the ability to handle a ton more oil in the head and middle part of the lane. If you are looking for "hook in a box" you should definitely give the Dream Big a look.

What I like about the Dream Big is the hook. However I'm still able to get a nice controllable arc in the heavier oil patterns. For me I know when I get onto a pattern where there is more oil I can ball up from my Black Ops which still gives me a smooth arc and gets down lane but with the Dream Big it starts up quick and gives me more overall hook and a better look on the heavier conditions when I need that extra little hook. I am also able to move left with my feet at the start of league and this ball allows me to keep my same line for most of the night. Only having to make slight adjustments rather than having to make a drastic move with a ball change. If you are looking for something with more overall hook then this is the ball that needs to be in your bag.

Used on THS and sport conditions.
50 X 3 1/2 X 60
This ball is flat out amazing! If you are looking for a ball that will read early and have a ton of continuation this is the ball. Having problems on your heavier oil regardless of your speed.....here is your answer.
I have used this ball on several conditions with one 300 in the bank! I am a huge fan of the Dream On but when this ball came out I needed to have it!
As a bowler we all experience the flat ten/seven pin, because we miss inside and the ball the glides through the oil. This ball will read that miss and kick out the corner like no other.
A must for every bowler.

5 x 5 pin down small hole 2" under pap.
Love the look of the ball and considering I loved the Dream On I was very excited about the Dream Big. I actually couldn't believe how strong the ball rolled for me. This ball loves oil and I believe it needs a little to really make it shine. The amazing thing for me is the balls is able to play deep inside and only lose a little carry. I could see the ball really working well with speed dominate type players and someone looking to play the puddle on their THS leagues. Rev dominate type players will really need to tweak up drills and surface to get down the lane as this ball is STRONG. Please let me know if you have any questions or stop by your local pro shop.

The 900 Global Dream Big is your heavy oil ball! On typical house shot, this ball will allow you to comfortably play deeper inside than normal and still carry. Gets through the heads clean and has a strong read in the midlane; extremely reliable off the breakpoint and continuous through the pins. Definitely the strongest ball in my arsenal! If you have a Dream On and want more...the Dream Big is just what you're lookin' for!

The Dream Big is a great big block ball that likes oil! This is the most hooking ball in my bag. This ball is part of the Engineering Series in the 900 Global line. I have my Big Dream drilled with the pin under the middle finger, cg kicked out 45 degrees this layout has a smooth ball motion through the front and mid part of the lane with a nice continuous backend. I like to use this ball as a compliment to the Black Ops. The Dream Big has 3 boards more hook than Black Ops. What more could you want? Get some "Performance for your game". Get the Dream Big! The Dream Big is something of beauty. It really has one of the most aggressive coverstocks I have seen in a very long time. This ball will cut through the oil and carve out a line on any lane condition. It will get up and turn left for you. The Dream Big is definitely a heavy oil ball that will enable you to open up the lane. With the solid gritty cover, the ball flips on its axis, but does not create a dramatic angle to the pocket. This creates significant hitting power and really rolls well into the pocket with a high carry percentage. I am a big fan. So much so, that I gave one to my 11yr old son to use. I have a high rev rate and he has a low rev rate, both of us are able to use this ball successfully!

COMMENTS
This ball was really great addition to our lineup for this year. We needed a strong solid asymmetric ball that would be able to cut through heavy oil and still provide a strong motion down lane and maintain continuation through the pins. I was looking forward to having this for flatter, heavy oil conditions. I was actually surprised that not only did I have a ball that was great on heavy oil, but I have something that will still work on higher volume THS or a first ball out of the bag for a game or so on a THS. Not a ball for anything less than medium-heavy. With an early midlane read, this ball will tell you when its time to put it away. The Dream Big fits nicely above the Dream On. Now there is a complete line from top to bottom in the Engineer Series. If you find yourself needing something with a little kick on the backend on heavier oil, then the Dream Big is your ball!
