Title: Honey Badger Intensity
Post by: BallReviews-scodaddy21 on March 04, 2021, 10:59:25 AM
The 900Global Honey Badger Intensity was designed to build on the proven results of the Honey Badger Revival by offering the same reaction shape when facing heavier oiled lanes. 900Global has taken the S70 Solid Reactive coverstock and finished it with a 4000 Grit Abralon pad to offer more reaction in the oil. This high-performance ball creates a great skid/flip reaction. The Grapnel 2.0 core in the Honey Badger Intensity easily gets through the front part of the lane and has a sharp reaction. The Grapnel 2.0 paired with the S70 Solid Reactive coverstock offers a particular shape when bowling on fresh patterns.

Color: Pink/Blue Navy

The Honey Badger Intensity from 900 Global is the next great ball in the amazing Honey Badger line. This ball stacks right up with the Reality, giving you a heavy rolling strong ball while complimenting it with a slightly different motion. The Honey Badger Intensity is slower down lane than the Reality meaning you will be able to use it right before the Reality comes into play. While this ball will be great for heavy volumes and early in the block at tournaments, when you migrate left it still picks up in the mid lane and continues into the pins. I can see myself using this ball a lot! The colors on this ball (pink and dark blue) look great on the shelf and make it easy to read what it is doing going down the lane.

The Honey Badger Intensity brings back the very popular Grapnel 2.0 Core and S70 Solid Reactive coverstock.  These Honey Badger balls are very unique in the industry in a very positive way and this Intensity is now difference.  The ability to bring a higher RG rating at 2.54 and 0.048 Differential in 15lbs gives the ability to see a much different reaction shape.  If you are a fan of Storm or Roto Grip and are looking to try something different, than this is a ball I recommend for you.  Not only is this ball clean through the front of the lane, but it continues really well down lane and reads the whole lane very well.  It is also worth the lower price compared to other balls in the brand.  This a solid benchmark ball that can be used on a wide variety of oil patterns and conditions.

I ordered this ball as I was looking for an earlier and stronger ball to compliment by Honey Badger Revival. This ball did not disappoint. It is a baby reality in my opinion. My reality is earlier and slightly smoother as compared to the Honey Badger Intensity(HBI). The Reality is still angular but the HBI definitely stores energy and is really continuous. I used it on a 44 foot sport shot (Billy Hardwick) and it worked extremely well. I would imaging this ball would be great for a tweeter or stroker when they need a ball that is moderately clean and strong back end motion. For crankers, this ball will be great on heavier volumes but might be too much ball for THS.

The Honey Badger line has been a huge success from 900 Global since the Honey Badger was introduced. The Intensity has an RG of 2.54, differential of 0.048 and PSA of 0.012 and is wrapped around the super versatile S70 Solid Cover. I drilled mine 5.5 x 5 x 3 and this motion has been one that has been missing in my bag. Because of higher RG, it is a little cleaner through the front part of the lane but the solid cover helps the ball in the oil. It is a couple boards stronger than my Hy Road Max and I can see myself using this ball a lot weather it be my first ball out of my bag or one of the last balls out when they are hook.  If you want an all around benchmark ball, your going  to want this Honey Badger Intensity.

Review:  The Intensity is a great first ball out of the bag on medium to medium oily lane conditions and fits perfectly between the Ordnance C4 and the Reality. The solid S70 cover is strong enough for all but the most oily lane conditions and helps blend the pattern out. It reacts really well off the dry without over-reacting but does need some head oil. Find the oil line, move just inside of it and let it rip. The Intensity is super versatile. It’s also very receptive to surface changes and different layouts. Straighter players can go up the boards and stronger/high rev players can move inside and wheel it. It has a smooth and continuous backend reaction so it will also work on medium/long challenge or sport shots that have at least a medium volume of oil. If you love the Revival but need a stronger ball for more oil, then the Intensity will be perfect.

The Reality has quickly become a favorite go to ball for me.  The HB Intensity is now giving me a perfect 1-2 punch. When the overall strength of the Reality is too much and needs to be put away the Intensity has been perfect to go too. Great option keeping the same look in the same part of the lane longer.

The newest addition to the 900 Global Honey Badger line of balls is the HB Intensity. It features the s70 solid coverstock. The s70 cover provides more traction than the original Honey Badger. The 4000 finish helps the ball not over-read the front of the lane. The Grapnel 2.0 Asymmetric core delivers dynamic motion without making the ball too strong to stay in as the lanes break down.

The Honey Badger series have stood out in the market because of their dynamic asymmetric motion in their price point. This 700 series ball creates great motion and power without having to be at the absolute top of the hook scale. The s70 creates an excellent motion as its cover gives you enough grip to tackle more volume with straighter angles while it's asymmetric medium diff core allows you to stay in the ball longer and continue to carry as you transition in on the lane.

I tested the Honey Badger Intensity on a fresh house pattern. Its easy to spot the value of this ball as its strong enough without being too strong. It's versatility will make it useful on many patterns. I think for any but the absolute top end of speed dominant bowlers this is a fantastic first ball out on a house pattern. It allows you to get a good read on the shape of the oil pattern and responds very well to hand position changes allowing you to attack the lanes from multiple angles. This ball should be a staple for most pro shops as it will work for the vast majority of your customers, no matter what the lane conditions. It also has great shelf appeal.

HB Intensity is the newest addition to the Honey Badger line. This ball features the Grapnel 2.0 Asymmetric Core and the S70 Solid Reactive Coverstock. This is my first HB ball and it is an amazing piece to have. The ball motion of this ball reminds me a lot of a Code X (which is my favorite asym of all time) but I did notice that this ball does dig harder than a Code X.

Review:
The Honey Badger Intensity was the ball that I was instantly excited for when I first heard about it. The Honey Badger line has always been one of the most consistent lines in bowling and because of that it is one of my favorite lines of all time. This ball is very strong but not strong to the point where you cannot control the ball. This ball is very smooth rolling and packs a hard punch when it hits the pins. This ball is in the 700 series for 900 Global but performers more like the 900 series bowling balls meaning you are really getting your bang for your bucks. This is another ball that is great on both tournament conditions or a great first out of the bag for league night. The versatility of that the Honey Badger Intensity offers is not matched by many other bowling balls out there. If you are looking for a smooth rolling solid look no further, head down to your local shop and pick up yours today!

900 Global Honey Badger Intensity
Hey everyone, I’m back with another ball review, and this time it’s for the 900 Global Honey Badger Intensity and In 15 pounds this ball is wrapped in the S70 Solid Reactive Coverstock and comes 4000-grit with an RG of 2.54, Diff of .048, and a PSA of .012 with a layout of 4½ X 4 X 1½
As you know by now that the 900 Global brand is now part of Storm/Roto Grip. This is great news for everyone as we can now throw all three brands. Exciting news for me as I have never thrown a 900 Global before and had no prior thoughts of how the ball should roll or react. This ball is in the “Tour Preferred - 700 Series” which is in the third of four lines. So after I burned up a spot from bigger balls like a Storm Proton Physix or Roto Grip RST-X1 I found the HB Intensity with its combination of a medium cover and Asymmetric core is a great matchup when the lanes have some play on them or later in a block. I see this ball to be very versatile for many types of players. This is a very easy ball to throw and I found it very easy to watch its ball motion going down the lane and through the pins.

900 Global's Honey Badger Intensity continues the same legendary shape and performance from the rest of the HB series. This iteration combines the strong-but-controlled S70 Solid reactive coverstock at a 4000-grit surface with the Grapnel 2.0 asymmetric core, which combines mild asymmetry with a medium-level RG (2.54 RG, 0.048 diff, 0.012 int diff in 15#) to give you some tunability and punch without the restrictions of aggressive, highly asymmetric cores. This package gives a big-ball feel without needing a flood of oil to be able to use it - if you're in something like an !Q Tour Solid but need just a bit of extra giddyup in the midlane, this will fit the bill perfectly.

HB intensity has a really unique shape for a heavier volume ball. Kind of a skid flip on higher volume patterns allowing you to play different angles for longer. It tends not to hook to early when the pattern starts to break down which allows me to stay with this ball longer.
I think this ball would be a great step down from the reality when it gets to be to be to much. Think this HB is going to be great ball on a verity of patterns allowing this to be a great choice for your tournament bag. You also can’t beat that price point !!!

New addition to the Tour Preferred 700 Series is the solid cover HB Intensity. Impressive, Benchmark ball with the ability to handle multiple conditions except extreme heavy/dry. 70S cover adapts to cover changes depending on your style and oil pattern.
Mine is still in box condition. i have used the HB exclusively in league only over the last month and would consider this release an A+ on THS. Much smoother rounded shape compared to my HB Revival. Not as strong as the Reality (weaker MB) without sacrificing carry.
Any style of bowler will be able to play numerous angles though out league and tournament conditions.

Being New to 900global i had to drill up a badger to see if it would live up to the hype. This ball/line is everything it was made out to be. Its not all talk this ball is something special. This ball is one of my new all time favorites, for being a smaller asymmetric core really gets through the middle part of the lane and has a ton of pop off the spot. If you're looking to branch out and try a 900global ball i highly recommend this ball. Get to your local pro shop and pick one of these up, you don't want to sleep on this ball.

introducing the newest addition to the Honey Badger line is the brand new 900 Global Honey Badger Intensity! This ball features the S70 Solid Reactive Coverstock wrapped around the Grapnel 2.0 Asymmetric Core!

This ball for me is a little less than the Reality and, more than the Honey Badger Revival. Like the Reality, the Honey Badger Intensity is a smooth controllable motion for heavier lane conditions whereas the Revival is cleaner and, more responsive down lane. The Intensity and, Revival would make a good 1-2 punch for anyone.

The Honey Badger Intensity features the S70 coverstock that has bowlers enjoying having a solid Honey Badger in the arsenal.  This one works well for league night where you want to open up the lane after some transition occurs. The Intensity on the fresh THS was a tad over/under for me and kept me right of my comfort zone and when I moved in, not quite enough ball to turn the corner. However, after some transition took place the Honey Badger Intensity definitely found its groove.

For this review, I compared the Intensity to one of my favorite balls, the Honey Badger Claw. The big difference I noticed right away was that when the lanes were fresh the Claw provided the control I desire, but quickly smoothed out. Although the Claw continued to carry well, it did not quite go through the pins as I desired. The Intensity simply got better as lane play continued on.

The Badger line has been very popular and continues to be staple in the 900 Global line-up. I'm looking forward to getting more play on the Honey Badger Intensity. The strength of this ball will definitely be in transition and it may find a great spot in the bag when some pearl pieces will simply be to much hockey stick motion.

Grab the all new 900 Global Intensity today! Also, be sure to checkout all the other great offerings from 900 Global, which specifically has focused on some great new options and ball motions that bowlers have been looking for in the bag.

First off let me say that the Honey Badger line is my favorite line from 900 Global. So when I seen we were getting another Solid HB I was so excited. That trademark Honey Badger shape, maybe a tad slower because it is a solid cover, which is great when you need to be alitte straighter overall. You really dont see this often in mid price asyms.

Overall this ball great, what I like about this ball the most is that it doesnt under over perform or under perform. What you see is what you get. This is a ball you could start with in league or even ball “diagonal” too when your Honey Badger Extreme is a tad too sensitive to the friction or is starting to wiggle. You can use this ball and play a closer friction zone with miss room in and out. The Honey Badger Intensity is strong enough but not an eraser like some bigger asym solids can be and I think that’s due too the 4000 grit finish. Mine currently had lane shine because I prefer that on balls in league due too the amount of friction and I find myself picking it up first because how forward it rolls even with the surface kinda gone. I’m curious to see what a pin down one will look like for me.

I loved the Honey Badger Revival, but it was too clean at times.  The Honey Badger Intensity is the solid version of the Revival and solves that problem.  It’s early enough to use on the fresh and a little more oil and gives that same great HB Revival shape on the back.  If you wanted an early version of the HB Revival, the HB Intensity is it!

What can I say but WOW! This ball is strong I was surprised how much this ball hooked the first time I through in on a fresh 42-foot house shot.  I drilled this with my normal layout 55 x 4 x 30 (4 x 5 ½ x 1 close to those numbers) which puts the pin kicked out t to the right of my ring finger and the PSA about 1-2 inches away from my thumb. I really like how smooth this ball is and it is a bit earlier than I expected, it picks up down lane and has good continuation through the pins. This ball forced me to move at least 6-7 boards in from my normal starting position. I was standing on 25 to get the ball to come into the pocket. I have since brought the surface down to 2000 due to my ball speed. This compared to the Reality is for me almost as strong bit s little earlier yet still has the same ball smooth ball motion. The HB is a keeper for me for sure. There have been a couple of times in the past week where the conditions were as such that I wished I had the HD with me. If your looking for a strong smooth controllable ball, the HB Intensity is definitely a ball to considered on them little longer fresher oil patterns. A great addition to the Honey Badger lineup.

Honey Badger Intensity
The Honey Badger Intensity features the solid S70 cover and the Grapnel 2.0 Asymmetric Core. I drilled mine 45x4x30 and I can see why the HB line has been so popular over the years. The HB Intensity rolls great, it’s a heavy-rolling, medium-response asymmetric ball. I see the Honey Badger Intensity being a benchmark ball for many, if you are a high rev or low ball speed bowler this ball may hold a more aggressive spot in your bag.

The Honey Badger Intensity really lives up to the popularity of the Honey Badger Line. Looking like a baby 900 Global Reality, the HB Intensity is a great ball down choice after starting a block with a strong solid before moving to a hybrid or pearl cover. This ball is very smooth and packs a lot of hook potential if you are a HB line lover. Compared to my HB Revival, the Intensity is stronger and a hooks a little sooner. This ball will fit well between my Proton Physix/Reality and my other HB line pieces.

900 Global Honey Badger Intensity - S70 hybrid coverstock with the Grapnel 2.0 Core - 4000ab grit factory finish
layout - 70 x 1 1/2 x 60

The Honey Badger Intensity really has dug it's claws into me, (see what I did there)! Finally got to the one of the newest legendary bowling ball cores. The Grapnel 2.0 core proves once again to add length and great traction down lane that the Honey Badger line has produced in the past. With now adding the S70 hybrid cover stock onto this core has given the HB Intensity a totally different look that the HB line in the past did not have.

I noticed with this ball the motion is similar to a Roto Grip Idol solid with a similar layout, the Intensity went a tick longer off of the pattern with just a slightly stronger angle entering pocket. Great ball for any condition and any type of bowler. this ball is INTENSEity...

Likes: Rolls like a symmetrical

Dislikes: not as strong as I anticipated

The Honey Badger Intensity is the newest to the HB family.  This ball uses the S70 Solid cover wrapped around the Grapnel 2.0 core.  I use my standard layout for this one: 50x5x30 or 5x4x2.

My biggest take aways is that its not as strong as I originally thought that it was going to be.  Which isn’t a bad thing.  It definitely doesn’t roll like a bigger Asym., as a matter of fact it rolls more like a stronger symmetrical ball.  You can be deeper with this one and use bigger angles on the lane because it doesn’t lock up and go forward like some of the bigger Asyms. like to do.

The ball actually has a similar motion to the RST-X1, but it revs much easier.   Its a good medium piece that is seeing a lot of action here!

Other balls in heavy rotation:
Zen- 50x5x30 (pin up)
Zen- 50x4.25x65 (pin down at 2,000)

Can you say MASSIVE ANGLE?! 900 Global introduces the newest addition to the badger line, the Honey Badger Intensity. A solid, asymmetrical honey badger that doesn’t have a problem turning the corner. I was really surprised by how much this ball hooked out of the box. For me, the new Honey Badger fits right under the Reality. When the Reality becomes a little slow off the spot and starts to lose it’s energy and you still need that stronger piece for heavy volume or longer patterns, the Intensity is the ball to go to.
This ball has no problem clearing the front part of the lane and the midlane; but you really see this ball make a turn at the end of the pattern. If you’re looking for maximum angle in a strong asymmetrical ball, look no further, this is the ball for you. Go get yours at your local storm VIP Pro shop.

Review:
These new Global balls have really impressed me. I have liked every Global Ball I have rolled so far. The Intensity is no exception. The H.B Intensity does not hook as much as I expected but gives a nice roll through the front of the lane with a predictable move on the back end.  I would consider it a medium –medium plus oil ball. The intensity fits under my Reality in hook and it is easy to ball down to it when the Reality is reading too early. I don’t feel the Mass Bias is too strong in this ball. It reminds me of the Rubicon balls in the Roto line as far as the Mass Bias letting the ball go a bit further down the lane. I did not drill my Intensity too strong but I have loaded them up for some customers moving the M.B close to the VAL and the ball still gets down the lane and doesn’t burn up. Once you line up with the Intensity you can stay with it a long time. This ball takes full advantage of any pattern with a shim also. I have had my best luck going up the boards just right of the heavier oil shim line. The Intensity does a good job of balancing power and control.

Summary:
The Honey Badger Intensity balances power and control.
The Ball reads the patterns very well.
This is a very good all-around ball.

The motion similarity between the Honey Badger Intensity and the preceding Honey Badger Revival is uncanny – a controllable mid lane and back end reaction, with the only difference being the Revival is at home on medium lane conditions, and the Intensity feasts upon medium-heavy conditions. It is still fairly easy through the front of the lane, but digs in with authority in the midlane. I would not put it on the traction level of the Reality or Proton Physix; I think it rests just below the Incite. That places it in a great position where it could be the strongest ball in most league bowler's bag.

One of the newest additions to the 900 Global line is the Honey Badger Intensity and it’s a perfect addition to the line.  After drilling the Intensity and seeing it used on multiple patterns, I’ve become a big fan.  The S70 Solid Cover increases the response time, specifically on heavier volume patterns.  With an RG of 2.54 and differential of .048, the Intensity compliments the Reality, Proton Physix, and Dark Code really nicely.

The difference I see with the Intensity is that it’s cleaner than the high performance balls, but still dig through the mid-lane and continue through the pins extremely well.  I’ve drilled one Intensity so far and really like it.  It’s mapped out as 5 x 4 x 75.  This puts the pin above my bridge and the mass bias right next to my thumb.  Also, I left the box surface alone, and it rolls great.

Typically on heavier volume patterns, most players are using a ton of surface on balls, which will eventually burn up.  Once those balls run out of gas, this Intensity is a perfect ball to go to because the RG helps store energy and continue the response time you’re looking for.  Go drill one!

900 Global Honey Badger Intensity
Layout: 4 1/2 x 4 x 2
Rev Rate: 325 rpm, 7 degree of axis tilt, 40 degree of axis rotation
Testing information: 41 foot THS (medium to light volume)
Bowling Center: Fulton Bowling Center
Kegel Machine – Brunswick Anvilane

The 900 Global Honey Badger Intensity utilizes the S70 coverstock with the Grapnel 2.0 core. We compared the HB Intensity to the Reality.  The HB Intensity was a touch sooner than the Reality and a little less responsive on the back end, which is a good thing.  You don’t want all your bowling balls rolling the same.  The HB Intensity is 900 Global’s version of the Roto Grip Rubicon and the Storm Incite. The HB Intensity is a lower-end asymmetrical ball.  The intent was to take the place of those symmetrical balls with a low weight hole. The HB Intensity is smoother than the Rubicon.  I am looking forward to getting more games on this ball.

900 Global strikes again with the release of the new Honey Badger Intensity.  From the proven Grapnel 2.0 Core to the addition of theS70 Solid coverstock, the Honey Badger Intensity elevates the Honey Badger Line to yet another impressive 900 Global level! Let’s take a look at this THS review!

The Grapnel 2.0 Core proved itself quite nicely with the Honey Badger Revival, yet it amplifies its success even more with the Honey Badger Intensity. I believe this cover/core combination actually gives the Grapnel 2.0 a more pronounced and distinct motion than the Revival. On fresh oil, rolling straight up (7-8) it was comforting to see the Grapnel 2.0 retain its energy going down lane and still have a crisp, sharp turn off the pattern. Being a higher speed/lower rev rate player, I like how the Grapnel 2.0 doesn’t “rev up” too early or “stand up” too late but rather gives me a more “balanced” motion of both. If you’re like me with a slower rev rate, you can count on the Grapnel 2.0 to carry when you’re rolling inside (15-17) and you wish you had that little extra hand to put in the ball!

The S70 Solid coverstock to me is what makes the Intensity the ball of choice in the Honey Badger line. The S70 cover reads and blends multiple THS conditions quite well! On fresh oil, the S70 took charge through heads and had a smooth definitive motion when it saw friction! When I pulled a few shots left into heavy oil the S70 became my best friend because it maintained a heavy bite up front and still reacted smoothly off the pattern. That smooth and definitive motion continued to hold true throughout the night, even as the conditions broke down. The S70 blended the wet/dry cleanly without having that “jump” when it went into the roll phase. Even after spares with plastic and urethane that always leave a mess, the S70 kept on rolling evenly and consistently. The 4000 box surface worked well, however, being a speed dominant player, I changed the surface to 2000 and found for my style it gave me the best overall look regardless of the lane conditions.

In conclusion, the Honey Badger Intensity can be a dangerous weapon for a THS bowler like me. Don’t let the moderate price fool you! The Honey Badger Intensity has a definite place in the arsenal of many seasoned THS bowlers and is great for those simply looking to improve their game! For parents on a tighter budget who want to help their child step up their game, the Honey Badger Intensity is a smart choice! See your local pro-shop operator today and elevate your game!

I finally got to drill my Intensity up 50 x 4.5 x 30. I wanted to try it out at box since it came at 4000abr and that seems like a good place to start. I am impressed with this one. Still slightly dull but it gets length like a hybrid or pearl without the whip on the back. To me this is what the Rubicon originally started out like. Great to clear the fronts with but not the squirt or excessive length past the spot. I threw it compared to my Hy-Road Max and Rubicon UC2. The length compared to the HyRoad Max was similar but the Intensity read the back end slightly stronger. The UC2 pushed much more thru the front which gave me the impression these could play off of each other as compliments.

Sweet Honey B.I.
The 900 Global Honey Badger Intensity is a ball I found to be a sleeper stronger earlier rolling ball for its performance level. This ball has real value like as if it was a high performance ball. I drilled mine 4x4x2.  If you are having trouble getting a ball to pick up in the front part of the lane, this is your ball. This cover reads the oil well and feels like an aggressive solid.  Its really smooth with strong continuous motion.  If I need more length, i switch to the Zen to get down the lane longer. If it seems to be too much too early, you can also shine it. That always gives me the length I need to get thru the front part to save more energy on the backend.  My PAP is 5-1/8 and 1/8 up. Usually around 15-16mph, I’d probably be classified between and tweener and cranker.

The new ball from 900 Global is the Honey Badger Intensity.
I drilled mine 5 x 4 x 3 which puts the pin in the middle finger.  The Intensity was a huge hit at our match makers on our normal house shot.  The Intensity for me is between the rubicon and a UC2.  Clean for an asymmetrical ball but not a responsive as a UC2.  Maybe like a beefed up IQ tour.  Below the Global Reality but stronger than the Zen.  Very predictable.  Many styles like the Intensity, as the cover stock makes this ball in my opinion.

900 Global HB Intensity

Core: Grapnel 2.0 Asym

Cover: S70 Solid

This year has been loaded with extremely impressive 900 Global releases. The HB Intensity continues the trend.

The HB Intensity is a perfect drop down ball from the Reality. I can start with Intensity from the outside until being allowed to move in with the Reality, or start with the Reality then ball down to the Intensity. These two are a killer pair.

The HB Intensity is a couple boards weaker than the Reality for me. It also goes just a bit longer downlane...maybe 3-4 feet. That added length gives it a touch more angle but the ball still shows a strong, smooth reaction (what I hope to see from an Asym Solid).

The HB line as a whole has been a huge success. The Intensity shows that 900 Global can still make adjustments to make the HB line even better.

This will most likely be the strongest solid I will need in any leagues I play.

If you are a Storm or Roto Grip fan (or a bowler in general) and you haven't given the 900 Global line a try recently, now is the time.

The Honey Badger Intensity is the latest release from 900 Global, in the 700 series. The Intensity has the S70 solid reactive cover and uses the same Grapnel 2.0 core that was in the Honey Badger Revival. The HB Intensity colors are pink and Navy blue and has a 4000 grit Abralon finish from the factory. The numbers in 15lb HB Intensity’s are 2.54 Rg, 0.048 diff., and an intermediate diff. of 0.012.

I drilled the HB Intensity with a layout of 4.5 X 4 X 4. This is the same layout as the Revival I drilled. The Intensity slows down a lot sooner on the lane than does the Revival, but still has a good amount of shape through the backend of the lane, and covers more boards and handles more oil than the Revival. The motion of the HB Intensity would best be described as a very strong arch. Comparing the Intensity to the solid sanded Reality, the Intensity cover is a little weaker than that of the Reality, and makes it a good ball to drop down from, if the Reality is just overall, too much reaction. The Intensity has been best on medium long to longer patterns with a moderate volume of oil, so far. The downlane motion and aggressive cover gives me a little too much shape for most medium length patterns.

I like the HB Intensity. I originally drilled this ball because the overall core shape reminds me of an asymmetrical version of the core found in the old Storm Atomic Charge and ReCharge. Those were favorites of mine from back in the day. The motion the HB Intensity makes on the lanes does remind me of the shape I used to get out of the Atomic Charge, with a balance hole. Thank you for taking the time to read my review of the Honey Badger Intensity.
