Be wavelengths ahead of your competition with the 900Global Infrared bowling ball. 900Global has combined their Scope Symmetric core with their S62 Solid coverstock to offer high level reaction on medium to heavy lane conditions. This ball is ideally used when the lane pattern begins to breakdown but not enough to justify a dry lane ball. This ball offers the perfect amount of backend on those types of conditions.

900 Global Infrared
#15.2
2.5" pin
3.3 oz top

Rt. hand
14-15 mph
PAP 4 9/16 1/4 over

Drilling: 4" to PAP 30 VAL angle, OOB finish
Volume 38-41ft
THS, Kegel Challenge Series

Drilled 900 Global's Infrared looking for a go-to ball and that's exactly what I got.  Infrared gives me a controllable ball, clean through the front with a hard arc/flip on the backend.  It's a ball you can count on to hit the pocket, keep you out of trouble and raise your scores.  Drilled mine pin up, 4" off PAP 30 degree VAL angle.  Ball's out of box surface at 4000 is perfect for me on wet/dry.  Allows me to play the track area and gives a defined pop on the backend.  1st night 744 clean says it all.  Kept me in the pocket and carried well.  This ball reads the lane and has plenty on the back to carry the corners.  Tough to find a ball with this performance at the mid price point.  A must addition to anyone's arsenal!

Ball: Infrared
Coverstock: S62 Solid
Finish: NEAT “T” 4,000 Grit
Color: Red
Core: Scope Symmetric
Drilling Pattern: 60 x 4.5 x 40
Pin Placement: Above bridge

I went with a safe layout, similar to one of the X’s I did last year.  I found the Infrared had similar traits to the X, but just able to handle more volume.  If I were to compare this piece to anything, it would be comparable to a weaker AMF Ninja SE.  For me, the Ninja SE has more motion on the backend then the Infrared.  The Infrared offers a very smooth and predictable motion; it is also a nice addition to my pin down X that I don’t go anywhere without.   I feel that the Tour line from 900 Global to be very versatile with the predictable motions that they offer to multiple styles of player.  If anyone were to go to take on challenging patterns, it is hard to not go to this line due to the motions that they all offer.  I hope in the future there will be a pearl piece added to this line to complete round out the Tour line as a whole.
