Likes: The Black Mamba - drilled this 5" from PAP, pin up small weight hole,. Cool looking hybrid. I do well with symmetrical balls normally so I was looking forward to seeing what this crazy colored ball had to offer. Well...hook and carry! OOB its a rolly beast! Even on a THS that has volume I had trouble keeping the BM in the pocket. Just wants to pick up a quick roll and keep on going. My ball speed is on the slower side so this wasn't a good combo. Fought through 2 games of 214, 224. Knowing this wasn't going to be an honor score night and wanting to keep trying the BM I ran and threw it into the house's luster king for a buck. What came out was a totally different reacting ball. It became a skid/flip monster! Now ball had good length and real hard arc/flip move on the backend. Lanes had broken down and the BM opened up the lane for a 269. Impressive carry on half hits - light or half pocket didn't matter. I like the color combo in that if I miss my release it is easy to see on this ball. All around great ball from AMF. If I had to compare hybrid's - Train to BM, the BM is less ball but more skid/flip type for me especially with polish. Thanks AMF you have a winner!

AMF 300 packed the
Black Mamba with an F74 coverstock. It uses High RG - High Differential symmetric core and NEAT "E" finish to create a strong down lane motion on medium-heavy to heavy oil.
“NEAT” is a new Natural Engineered Abrasive Technology that offers both enhanced aesthetics and surface topography on the bowling ball. As opposed to conventional abrasives on the market, “NEAT” has a multi-layer uniformed placement of abrasive structures that allows for superior surface area contact, which yields a more consistent surface across the entire bowling ball.
