Fusion: Recently AMF has designed and produced some of the highest quality bowling balls that have ever existed in the bowling industry. We have done this by providing a variety of balls that offer versatility with very high performance.

There is a reason for this ball being named the FUSION. This ball "fuses" the proven control of a Light-Bulb core with the power of a unique Dual Mass Bias. The combined effect is to deliever a better combination of control of the mid lane while providing stronger backend, a higher spin rate, more hook, and a higher carry percentage.

The new Veer II particle coverstock provides more friction on today's oils while still allowing for the surface of the ball to be changed easily to ensure versatility on a variety of conditions.
Coverstock: VEER II. Color: Dark Blue with Yellow logos. RG: 2.53. Differential: 0.049. Hook Rating: 19.7-17.5. Finish: 1500 Wet Sand.

This is another strong release from the AMF development team.

Willie Willis received his staff ball and we drilled it up with the pin above his ring finger and the Mass Bias in the strong position.

Willie through a few games with it out of the box, but found it was too much for his needs. Polished it with 1200 degree polish, and was able to get it deeper into the mid-lane and storing more energy for the strong, powerful arc to the pocket.

I think that ball will be too much for guys with a lot of hand, in the box condition. Polished this ball is able to get further down the lane and gives you a big, sweeping hook to the pocket.

I gave it an 8, because for there are only a couple of bowlers that will not be able to use this ball because of its hook. I think most bowlers will like this balls readable breakpoint, and be a great for bowlers that need a little extra help to get the hook they need.

Hi,
I received my ball from Bowler's Depot in San Diego. I live
in Hawaii, and the ball in the box condition was too strong, even
playing the deep inside line. Pin is under the ring finger with
the cg kicked right and the MB to the right of the thumb-hole.
Polished it with COLUMBIA Degree 1200 grit.. that was the ticket.
Ball clears the heads and leaves nothing but splinters when hits
the pocket. Works best on fresher conditons with hold area.

This is my first AMF particle loaded ball and I am very satisfied.

Stacked Leveraged 3 3/8 pin and cg.
Polished
Reason for drilling this way is because of past success and failure with this type of weight block.  Light bulbs react bad drilled label for me and good when drilled leverage.

Now to the review.  Uhh... Good? Bad? Ugly?  yes, yes, and no, it is sort of pretty.  Any way, when heads are dry it will definitely move early and hit marshmellowy, but if the shot is right WATCHOUT BABY, cause this ball will knock twenty pins down and take out your mother-in-law's front teeth.  No really, its true, I've seen it!

Reaction is even with a moderately strong hook.

Update, no longer in my bag, this is a jekyll and hyde ball.  One day its Godzilla another day its a cockroach.  One day you can't miss the pocket and messangers knock down pins on the adjacent lane and on others it generates thoughts of suicide.

If I had a million dollars...I'd be upper middle class

Died with less than 50 games on it, found this out when my Spike with very weak drilling was outhooking it, (Fusion was drilled stacked lev sanded to 800)

Hooked in the midlanes for a pinch then went backwards (slight exaggeration)

Very very disappointed, my first tourney I bowled with this ball, it gave me a 300, thoughts of grandeur fluttered between my ears, now this ball makes me wanna puke!  BLEECHHH...excuse me...

This is the first ball out of my bag when there is alot of oil on the lanes.  I used it in a sport shot league and it worked great. I use it when the oil is way down the lane.  I can shot it straight up the 10 and let it rip!  Nice easy ball to use.  Predictable on spares, and that's where you win the games!!
